Vegas 7 Not Paying Out Winnings

    I've been waiting on a cashout from Vegas 7 for nearly a month now. Just recently I got my original deposit back from them, but not my winnings??? I deposited $100 and cashouted out $314. I sent them an e-mail asking what's up and got no response. My account is now locked. I also have gotten no help from the rep on the board -- just a basic I'll get back to you.

    Not sure what's going on here.... I finally hit a win in a casino and I just get my deposit back lol

    I've seen nothing but problems out of these guys lately. Asking for ID for any cashout and insisting utility bill is included (Golden Palace style) whether or not the registered address is the same as on the ID.

    They're acting more rogue then a lot of casinos actually on the rogue list lately.

    I contacted the board rep last week who said he'd look into it but I haven't heard anything back yet either. I think RedKaos (spelling?) is the only one who has gotten any positive response and the rest of us (something like 10 or more people have complained in the last week) have been primarily ignored by the Rep.

    The Vegas 7 Casino would like to express its sincerest regret over a recent dispute that has arisen between the Casino and a number of players that are known to have been partaking in what can only be described as exploitative and abusive playing activities.

    Following an in-depth investigation of this case, the Vegas 7 Casino initially took the decision to lock the offending player's accounts and refund their initial deposits.
    Although the Vegas 7 Casino knows that this was the correct and just response to the actions of the players in question, criticism from the wider gaming community has prompted it to reappraise its recent actions. In turn the Vegas 7 Casino has decided to pay the offending players their winnings. The Vegas 7 Casino would like to emphasise that the circumstances relating to this case are quite different from any other that it has encountered before. The casino group cannot release full details relating to this case due to the implications it holds for its partners and for the wider security of the Casino.

    The players involved in these illegitimate playing activities have been both highly organised and inventive in their methods. Therefore, although their accounts will be reopened and winnings paid, Vegas 7 Casino reserves the right to take whatever actions it sees as necessary should these players display any further signs of engaging in exploitative playing activities.

    Finally, the Vegas 7 Casino would like to once again emphasize that it pays millions of winners every year without delay or hassle. It is a fact that wherever the Casino Group has made a genuine error, it has always done all that it can to compensate the players in question.

    I wonder why Minivegas representative on this forum fully ignores my thread although i have a biggest problem of all (i have 5k locked) ???
    And why he/she says that all the players will be paid and i am NOT paid until now, my account locked, my email to the casino is filtered out?

    This is the exact same statement that was posted on another thread last week. Since then, much discussion has taken place, and it has been admitted that neither Fraud, Bonus Abuse, nor Scamming was the reason behind this. This is why explanation is needed, as these are the only three valid reasons for having an investigation.
    Otherwise, "inventive" may be taken to mean that players simply used betting systems, such as Martingale and Progressive forms, and managed to come out ahead. It has been established that all such betting systems fail to house edge in the long run, so why do casinos seek to ban players who bet like this rather than standard flat betting.
    This view is reflected by the claim that some of these players who were investigated only ever played with their OWN money, and claimed no bonuses.

    If these is damage to be avoided, it is too late, as the group have now entered the Rogue pit, and other big forums are beginning to question whether they too should pull the links.

    Naturally, these players know what they did, and now their accounts have been re-opened they can download their game logs and show us all exactly how their betting strategy was "illegitimate".

    I would suggest contacting eCOGRA. Tex should be able to find out what happened. Your case was back in August - your deposits had been already refunded.
