I am a bit surprised that any of the Rivals are on the recommended list. The way they bonus ban you for no reason at all. The B.S About " Red Flags" at your account. Now I just signed up at Vanguard casino the other day and was wondering why I was bonus banned there. I complained in messenger and the next day got some bonuses. I deposited a few times played them then mailed and wanted to know why I never got the non deposit for joining. The casino mailed me back some lie that my husband and I have " Multiple accounts under our names and this is a Violation and am bonus banned from there casino now. That is the lamest excuse I ever heard of denying bonuses because it is not true. I have some Rivals in my name I registered and played at, and the ones I never registered to play at my husband did under his name and he plays them. We never opened multiple accounts at 1 Rival casino. So we have no violations. I mailed the casino back the other day and have not heard from them. I also just now mailed the rep on here and am waiting to see her reply.

Almost word for word...that's what most of them said to me too after downloading to a new computer and trying to sign in and finding the accounts locked. "Greedy Girl" did get this rectified at Vanguard, I had to have an affiliate manager get Mayan Fortune straightened out and Sloto figured it out after I emailed them and explained what was going on. The rest....could not comprehend the situation. I don't even play that much anymore..I tried Vanguard a couple of times but that is it. Good luck getting this sorted out:thumbsup:

Thanks, I hope she helps me out with this situation. So far I have not heard back from her. Will post what happens if and when she replies.

Greedygirl,

I know this may be a gruelling task but since the casino is now under new management you could try to make a sweeping review of all bonus-banned accounts and see which accounts you may render bonus-eligible again. Tough work but may be rewarding from a marketing point of view.

Just to update:

The situation with clj's hubby has been resolved and his account is in good standing and he's received the welcome bonus. I apologize that there was this problem to begin with.

Chuchu--your idea is really great and I'm going to discuss it with our retention manager (who, btw, is amazing!). The only hitch with this, is that we can only look at our existing players (Slot Power and Vanguard). But agreed, it is a very smart move for us to make.

That is a GREAT suggestion IMHO:thumbsup: I think there are a lot of us out there who would appreciate it. If you helped me and clj's hubby just think of all the other people that may become loyal patrons!!

Thanks a Bunch Debbee I appreciate your help in resolving this. I also agree Chu and oldtrv the bonus ban should really be changed because they are for the most outragious reasons they do it. I think I am still under bonus ban from a few.

Greedygirl, are you a representative for Vanguard Casino?

I have had a withdrawal pending there for over 7 businessdays, and nothing seems to happen. I contacted support and support just gave me a vague reply without any substance. I was lead to believe that Rival Casinos was supposed to process withdrawals withing a timeframe of 2-5 days.

Clearly Vanguard Casino does not abide by this rule.

This is suprising me. I have been reading the same thing in other posts and so far I never had this problem Whenever I have a cashin from Rivals ( have not had one yet from Vanguard) I message in the help section and ask them to flush it. They do and it is in my quicktender the following day and the longest is 2 days.

I also am having a problem with getting a withdrawal from Vanguard, would appreciate a rep for them to contact me! It has only been 3 business days, but they wont tell me what kind of docs i need, and support hasn't been helpful!! ty

In my experience you may have to wait up to 8-10 days to be paid (which is clearly unacceptable)

I have contacted Bryan as they are an accredited casino, so he may be able to do something.

Stay tuned.

ty Nifty for input, but i would of thought they would of least let me know what docs to send in so i could get that part taken care of!! then they can wait there 8 days to pay me:D
