Slow Pay Vanguard Casino - where is my cashin??

    I had a cashin on the 11th I was told I would get it in 2- 5 business days. This is the 5th Business day and did not get it and customer service does not have any information on this and just tells me it is still processing. I have not heard back from the Rep about my cashin either.

    If this is a Rival casino...we have many threads on the time frame it takes most of these casinos to pay up.. They invoke the 5 day rule which means you will get it on the 8th to 9th day (which includes the weekend that they love to hold out for).

    If it is not a Rival..then they must be taking a page out of Rivals T&C's...but 8 days is usually how long it takes a lot of Rivals..

    I just looked and your cashout was made on a Friday which means you have the 5 weekdays..then you have the weekend..My guess will be you will get it on Monday the 21st! If you get it earlier...then you should be very HAPPY! Just my guestamet :)

    ....and.... if this is your first withdrawal... have you sent docs and had them approved?

    Rival casinos like to wait several days, then send an email asking for ID docs... (no matter that you've played at every other Rival and have docs at all of them -- even in the same group... they want your personal and financial info spewed out all over the internet for half the world to see) then you'll have several more days to wait...

    Yes he won it last Friday the 11th. After the weekend Mon to today is five business days. That is when they told him he would get the win.

    I too think if a member comes to complain about slow pays, they should let the membership know when they did get paid.

    If the OP has not yet been paid, I don't think that a PAB filed post would violate any rules about posting such info.

    If the OP has been paid, it would be good to know just how long the whole thing took. It's been over a month since the original post.

    I appreciate players sharing their experiences, but I think the whole experience should be shared. JMO.

    I just wanted to let everyone know that I recieved the payout into my quick tender about 5pm tonight. This is by far the longest I had to wait on any Rival payout so far so I am really not impressed. The slots at Vanguard are really tight at the best of times so I was glad to get to the cashout stage even if it is a small sum. Having to wait this long does not encourage me to deposit and play there again. In my opinion there is no good reason to invoke the 5 business day rule for cashouts to an ewallet. By doing that the casino sent me a message that it wants me to take my play elsewhere and that is just what I will do.

    FYI: Vanguard Casino (Rival) is one of five (5) online casinos owned by Bonne Chance NV who also own Ruby Royal, Fortune Reel, Royal Apollo and Club Vegas USA casinos. You must register/login in order to see the link.

    Is anyone having slow pay issues from the other sites? Aside from the stupid 5 day + whatever waiting period?

    :what: Michael Corfman has nothing to do with these casinos. And as far as I know, Ruby Royal and Vanguard Casino are linked by software only. There are separate owners.

    Maybe this will help anyone reading these posts about the Rival casinos.

    It doesn't matter what the casino SAYS ...what means anything is what is in the T&C's regardless of all the promises of a quick payout..if it shows 2-5 days (are WORKING days) in the T&C's...then just believe it. Do not expect anything different.

    Casinos will say anything to get you to deposit anymore...and promises of quick payouts etc are empty promises until these terms are removed from the rules...so people...just do not expect anything other than what the terms say..that way you won't be surprised when the promises do not come through.

    So remember:
    1. If it says the time frame in the T&C's, do not expect anything different.
    2. If promises are made for fast and quick payouts, do not believe it unless it is in writing or removed from the T&C's.
    3. CS does not know everything...just what they are told to know.
    4. And quit complaining until the 8th day rolls around...that will be the 5th day for the casinos...that is, if you have already been approved documentation wise, then add another day or two...so 10 days on the first withdrawal will not be unheard of..


    There are so many threads on this, it has become silly to continue to post on these casinos actions...just because 1 or two casinos pay faster and are not the norm..doesn't mean anything as long as it reads in the T&C's 2-5 days and as long as you continue to deposit into them, expect this..or start talking with your money and keep walking if you do not like it...

    Pursuant to the Casino City link that BURN N HELL posts above, I was referencing some past PM's that Corfman and I exchanged most specifically to his explanation of ownership of the ~ 10 Rival onlines in the T2 legal actions against well you tell me. I did retain an attorney to verify the ownership of the so called "complicated corporate structure" after Corfman's PMs and postings at GPWA as well as here. That said Corfman, Jetset, and I post enough, iirc ,in the ~ 29 page IL thread that it is no secret what Corfman asserts. Have a peak at the last few pages of the thread or if need be I'll find it.

    Humm on Vanguard and Ruby Royal, I believe you are incorrect but let me verify and I will post and PM you accordingly regardless on Monday!!
