User bonus requests


There is no way I am going to add to a certain thread that lingers on and on but it raises a question concerning bonuses.

Why is it that the casino operator can't block a user's bonus request and include a note in his account when he is only allowed to specific bonuses? Wouldn't that solve some problems? If you have time to spend in chat telling a user which bonuses he can request, you have time to type those same exact words in his account and block his bonus request. That way, the user will have to go through the chat operator who will have all the info and process accordingly.
