US facing Live Dealer sites

Hi all,

I'm thinking of putting moneez down at a Live Dealer site but the US facing options seem a bit mom and pop. The ones I've seen are all foreign dealers - Russian?

Also, I have read about some odd rulez like not dealing a card to a player if it doesn't scan first time!? Which sounds like a way to stiff players - don't like the card? Then just say it didn't scan.

Anyone with much experince and thoughts on US Live dealer sites - so far only ones I can see are 5Dimes, BetPhoenix and one of these two has a standalone site.

Also - does Costa Rica have any regulation? Who do I go to if I get stiffed?

Hmmm. IDK what to say except that Costa Rica has no regulatory body. I believe you buy a business license and a server with an office around it, and ur good to go.

Which sites in Costa Rica are you looking at?
