Urgent warning: Ace-Games.com (RTG) !!!

No offense...

I would get pretty pissed off if someone was emailing me all day threatening to post things in forums and threatening to do crazy things... Oh wait, yeah. that's black mail, so yes you were black mailing them.

Yes, the money is rightfully yours, but I can see things from their perspective as well. When I was a support technician, I constantly got threats like that (whether or not the issue was the company's fault... More than 80% of the time it wasn't). It's hard to put up with and all you'll end up doing is frustrate them to the point of you deserving an email like that.

He seems honest in saying that you will get your money -- did he state anywhere on his page that you can withdrawl all of it at once? It sounds like he has to make the money before he can pay you. Obviously, he's in the wrong business.

You catch more flies with sugar and you will get things done WAY better if you don't attack people or black mail them.

Yes you deserve your money, yes you deserved the reply that you got.

Who are you referring to? I must have missed something because I don't think I read anywhere that the player was emailing and threatening anyone. Maybe you're confused on the previous quotes. Or I am.

Honesty, sincerity, from the Casino Manager's emails are worthless if it's all just B.S.

And the day I have to find the clause on every casino website stating that my minimum cashouts should be paid within a 3 month period or it excuses them to pay me in any length of time they wish is the day I will say goodbye to the online gambling world.

Business is business and there's no excuse for such unprofessionalism.

That's my 2 cents anyway.

When to call it quits

Hey all the bodies! Again I watch this, and it is a visious circle,

Player attack casino, casino operator attack player, player get upset, player go to forum, some forum member attack casino, some forum member attack player (hey, i am also using the word attack very loosely so please dont get the visous bloodthirsty idea i am trying to create in your head)

When do you say enough is enough? The guy said he will pay, you don't believe him. The way I see it you have two options:

1) work out a five year plan on how to keep tabs on this person untill him or his establishment settle the score
2) cut your losses and find another home. I can suggest a few, just mail me! :p

of course there is option three.

Become his girlfriend and bleed him dry. If you are not up for the job, I am for hire.... heheh

Code:
Not like connect casino that makes u call back every 1 hour just to think in another lie to give you, I play there sometimes and when I cash out ($475) I talked to support and after a few minutes they said that it was going to be sent the next day....and yes, they did!

First of all .......
Wade Reese used to be "ConnectoCasino" .......
and now is the head honcho at LogOn Casino/Ace-Games.

Secondly, I, found his conduct unbecoming a casino owner in the very short time I had to deal with him........and I will never deal with him or LogOn ever again....

He has done more than a few things at other forums making it easy for me to believe that he would post at this forum under an aliias in defense of himself.... it wouldn't suprise me a bit...nothing he does has yet,

It was in the letter that he was referring to her threatening to post things on a message forum, which is a form of blackmail. I hated it when people threatened that at my last job, but then again, the casino is in the wrong in this case and the members were usually wrong in my case.

Hehehe.

This is NOT blackmail. He is not trying to extort any money out of them that is beyond what is rightfully due to him. If he were, then that would be blackmail. He is trying to get paid what he is due and is well within his right to post here about it after waiting patiently for months. Telling/threatening them that he is going to do so is a fair tactic in this case, since they have been making him wait so long for his payment. They would not give him the same courtesy if he'd lost, they want the money up front. He should expect no less from them when he wins.

Since I am on vacation in the U.S. currently I have unfortunately not been able to respond on this issue any earlier.

I will pick up on this rip-off asap from here again...

Still Don't Get It

So check it, you guys just complain and complain, many tell this guy he's right, and others say the casino was being "blackmailed" (legal and literal definition of blackmail does no apply here), so hasn't it occured to you guys that none of us have the slightest inkling of what's going on, I mean, for all we know it could be someone whose bitter about having lost his money or a casino that's not being responsible.

I am a newbie to the forum but not to gambling, and I've seen guys scream their lungs out at casinos because they lost their stash, so I rather not come to any conclusions.

Anyone else agrees????

Jay,
I do agree... I worked in a land based casino... had pple screaming at ME that I stole their money.. hehehe, I was the bloody waitress!!!

BUT, it is also good to air ... not always is the laundry dirty, but sometimes it is toxic waiste.... if you catch my drift!

Now... Firstly I do not understand why a couple people here are accusing me of having "blackmailed" that joint? -It is clearly obvious that this Casino has been trying to NOT pay me for MONTHS as well as lied an endless amount of times! I could indeed not have ben any more of a superpatient customer already. -Ace Games actually should be glad I did not bring this to public attention months earlier already!

I have posted the whole story as it is so far.

There is nothing made up and it is just as sad as it is.

"Jay"... Why are you questioning my trustworthiness so much? -Is there any reason you dislike me or "something"? ;)

Hi JayBurning and welcome to the forum. :D

Does anybody find this odd besides me?

LOL, that's hilarious. Incredible that this bloke actually purports to be a BUSINESSMAN. How did he ever get the startup cash to run an RTG?

This is obviously a job for RTG complaints - this Reese character isn't going to pay a penny since he plainly doesn't have anything to pay with.

I love it when morons like this make it so easy to expose them

You know Mister Meister... a song comes to mind...

"WE WILL ! WE WILL! ROCK YOU!"

Promise made, promise kept.

I simply cant belive it

I started my forum in April of this year, and as you all might know, forums usually need to get some sponsors to promote your forum.

Well along came logon casino / ace games to the rescue !!

I spoke with Chuck ( the good guy ) on and off and we woked out a deal to have logon casino promoted within my forum. I was very loyal and did give them most of the top space at the top ( where banners go ) and they pretty well had the whole forum to promote themselves as a good honest casino.

This went on for months and i was very loyal, no matter what I heard.

Well for the last couple months I have been trying very hard to build back up the forum as reputable.

To summerize everything...screw you wade and logon casino for wasting my time, my money, and my reputation.

But I have worked hard and have fixed all the damage you have done...good ridence to you and way to go C.M !!!!

Thank God, there has been some positive progress on this issue!

A couple weeks ago a man named "Carlos Miranda" contacted me on behalf of "Ace Games" and offered me to pay all outstanding debts. Mr. Miranda told me that he just started working together with this Casino and he admitted that I "was not being treated the way I was supposed to be treated with" in the past. He now wants to wipe out their debts in order to get a "clean vest" for the future.
As per him Mr. Wade Reese, the crook who started all this, is no longer working in their management but has been moved over to their marketing section now.

Mr. Miranda appeared to be a very reasonable person in my correspondence with him and he already paid me the first installment of $1000 to Neteller, as per the payment plan that we both agreed on.

If Mr. Miranda now honors all his promises I will let this issue settle down. The whole process is in his hands now but I believe in the good of his person.

Carlos has been in contact with me over the past few weeks as well stating that he is cleaning up the mess that was Ace-games/logoncasino. More power to him; I wish him much luck. I'm glad they are taking care of your payment issue.
