Unfortunately I am reserved to report about the newest addition in the gambling-roguesters Hall-of-Fame here again...

Ace Games has withheld my $5400 withdrawal for four (4!) months now.

After sending DOZENS of emails and involvement of affiliates (who of course have now dumped this joint) I have been paid $2000 of the sum but the Casino keeps giving me the run-around and I can not accept this any longer!
I tried everything I can to resolve this without escalation but their Casino manager "Mr. Wade Reese" keeps trying to F me..

I have been offered a bonus on my deposit and of course played by all rules.
The manager is now reporting about major financial problems as you can read in his email:
"The casino is struggling and having many problems when most casinos would be out of business we have some strong backing so we are fighting to get to the point we are ahead and will not have to confront these problems anymore. Please I have kept my word with you and paid you what I can. I will send the rest soon th at is all I had in my Neteller account (...)"

He has been promising me payments for uncountable times already but all he tells is just plain BS but the fact that they are rogue, lie, do not pay legitimate winners and, last but not least, do obviously not even have money!!

-Looks like Montana will have to be my savior again...

I am being professional about this and honest can you at least value that and stop blackmailing me? have a little compassion for me as I am struggling to make it in this HARD and competitive business. How are you blackmailing him when all you are looking for is what is rightfully owed you from a legitimate win? This is NOT blackmail by any stretch of the imagination. If YOU owed the casino $5K for 4 months, they SURELY would be crawling up your @$$ on a daily basis and badgering you for the money. And probably sending it to collection and/or leg breakers. If he wants to come clean, he can take a loan from the bank or a credit card and pay you what you are owed. Then I'm sure you will stop posting and emailing him. 4 months is MUCH MUCH more time than I'd have given them before I started posting.

I think if I were you, I'd also notify neteller of these problems as well as RTG & Montana. All they are doing is stalling while they hope more people will come there and play and lose so he can pay you. Unfortunately, posting about it does kind of reduce your chances of getting paid, but I think it was the right thing for you to do so that others don't end up in the same situation.

Now that crook has dug his own grave and I will make sure I'll get paid.

I didn't see a "Pitch a Bitch" from you, so I am assuming you don't want me to assist. If you do, I would recommend not posting the manager's emails and such. This doesn't help much :D

Why did you wait 4 months for this? Who referred you to this casino?

I know that the words I have chosen were not the nicest ones but unfortunately am too upset to say it any different. My apology to you.
Indeed I have not pitched a bitch yet.
The reason for my hesitation to involve anyone else was because I fell for Mr. Reese's tricks and kept up my good faith for too long.
He kept promising me payments over and over but I kept believing the nonsense and lies he brought up.
He also lied to affiliates who tried to help me getting paid.
This man has no morals at all.

I am going to wait for another few days now to see how this develops and so I can decide how to proceed with this issue.

I think that u are a stupid motherfucker for being so "patience" but if the manager answered your message that means to me that he is trying and cares! Not like connect casino that makes u call back every 1 hour just to think in another lie to give you, I play there sometimes and when I cash out ($475) I talked to support and after a few minutes they said that it was going to be sent the next day....and yes, they did!

Relax Dude, they will u are not dealing with Virtual casino (oh boy )...I think they are a good casino and that you should give this kid a chance!

Unbelievable, as is a four month wait for legitimate winnings. The astonishing frankness of the manager aside, this operation looks to be on a steeply declining slope and I would be surprised if their software provider is not monitoring their performance closely at this critical stage.

I also have problem with ace, got paid parts of winning after 2 weeks.I still communicate with them, but above post made me feel not good, maybe I have to go to PP and montana very soon. :(
 
The only "professional" four-letter word that Mr. Reese could possibly use is PAID. I find it astounding that someone can deem themselves as being professional when they use profanity in corresponding to a paying customer.
 
I found it rather interesting that the first time poster attacking shankie is from costa rica. In poker terms, that's a bit of a tell.
 
I like the way he managed to bad-mouth two of his competitors in the one post. They don't exactly belong to any Mutual Admiration Society, these RTG operators.

This person is not the casino manager from Ace-Games. I emailed them to get their opinion on Ace-Games and It definitely is not management. This is a woman from Costa Rica who did njot exactly promote Ace-Games, and in fact warned me to be careful in putting a large deposit into Ace-Games or any online casino. Also explained that they had problems with a few casinos located in Costa Rica such as Connect and Virtual and that the good thing about being in Costa Rica was the ability to go to the offices of problem casinos and confront them. Anyways I do not believe it is Ace-Games management in disguise.
 
Just to set one thing clear. If you are in Costa Rica, it is against the law here to play in a Costarican On line based casino. We are set-up to only allow play for fun for residents here. So I am not sure how she was able to play.

Newbie Question

Wassup People!
Hey, I'm new to this whole gambling thing, so I've been doing research on forums and stuff to see which casino offer better service and all that kinda stuff.
Anyways, so I was reading this post and I'm wandering, what do you do in a situation where you are not getting paid (or supposely not getting paid)? I donno whether its true or not cause I wasn't there.

What I figured, there should be a place where you can go if a long time goes by and you haven't gotten paid right?

If there is, then why didn't this guy ask for help, and if there's not, damn...that really blows.

Other than that, I donno if a casino manager would be so dumb to put postings with foul language and write down costa rica as his location???

Any feedback dudes...
 
If it was the casino manager, he wouldn't be the first one to do something that stupid!
