URGENT...ALL JF WITHDRAWALS ON HOLD

Reply from the Jackpot Factory

HI everyone,

This is David Brickman, JF Spokesperson.

Ive been following the recent banking issues and have been glued to the threads on this forum. Id like to comment to each and every one of you (Ive read all the posts), but I thought it would be a best to write a general comment and address the concerns brought up by members of this forum and explain what has been going on at the Jackpot Factory lately.

During the past week, our financial department received notification from our processor that money that was thought to be withdrawn and released to our players during the month of February, was in fact, tied up in a bank, after the bank discovered that they were dealing with online gambling funds. Now, the Jackpot Factory is not the type of casino to point fingers never was and never will be so we take fully responsibility for this mishap and sincerely apologize to all Jackpot Factory players who have had withdrawal issues.

As a member of eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance (eCOGRA), I want to give you our commitment that we are relentlessly working to rectify this situation and will keep working until every last player is paid their winnings. Already this morning, we have received proper confirmations that players have received their winnings, so we are confident that this issue will be fixed.

Again, on behalf of the Jackpot Factory Group and its member casinos, I sincerely apologize to all players who were affected by this incident. As mentioned above, were not pointing fingers, but I must remind you that, with the current US online gambling issues, many if not all online casinos that continue to offer online casino excitement to American players are going through growing pains as they try navigate through these uncertain times.

Finally, I want to remind you of our mantra that has made us one of the leading online casino groups: it is our resolve to learn from our mistakes and continue pressing forward to ensure that our casinos stand up to their sterling reputation. Our US based players should be aware that the processing company we work with has started working with a different bank and our withdrawal process has been running smoothly.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to post below or write me personally.

All the best,

David Brickman

River Belle not paid $8,000.00 broken promises

I know, I've been reading your "RiverBelle Saga"...jeeez...what a friggin' nightmare. And as WinBig so correctly points out, it would be different if they were putting "all US transactions" on hold, (as they incorrectly state) but they are not - it's only us getting PAID that is on hold.

Did I read that Riverbelle has paid some of your withdrawal, just not all of it? (I could be thinking about someone else)

best of luck...to all of us!

Hey and thank you for your concern. I got $8K to C2P but can't get it out! The rest came in form of checks and I am keeping fingers crossing they won't be returned by my bank. You all will HEAR from me if they get returned.

Thank You

Thank you, David....

Thank you for this post....as you have seen, we are all a little nervous given the current state of affairs. We have gone from enjoying years of hassle free withdrawals paid in record speed, to major casino groups bouncing checks. (And let's face it, it really doesn't matter whose "fault" it is, if a casino sends out a rubber check, it's going to be the casino's reputation on the line) Mishaps like this can ruin banking relationships and cause financial disaster for the average player, especially if the withdrawal is a big one.

The major problem that seems to be a recurring theme is two fold - LACK OF ACCURATE INFORMATION or, LACK OF ANY INFORMATION from support personnell. I personally recieved three different email responses when I wrote to inquire about the status of a recent withdrawal...it's very frustrating and leaves one with the impression that the casino is as confused as the players are...that doesn't do much to instill player confidence. I think the casinos should be ten times as careful as they ever were in the past to ensure ACCURATE information is going out to players, and secondly, that they are kept informed. If you have been "glued to the posts" as you say, you surely read the many posts by FootDr that she can't even get an email response from vip support. That simply is inexcusable, in my book. I personally have not had that experience (or believe me, I would have been parking on your phone lines) but NO player should have to put up with that.

If I were in casino management, I would have a group meeting with every single front line support person to make sure that emails were all answered in a timely manner, and more importantly, with accurate information. This is more important than ever now, if you want to maintain the excellent reputation that Jackpot Factory has enjoyed over the years. Again, I applaud you for your public response and hope that you keep the lines of communication open. Way to go!

Im sorry to inform you that this isnt true it didnt go to my eco card. its still in my casino account and now they are saying 2 to 3 more weeks.

Once again...

Im sorry to inform you that this isnt true it didnt go to my eco card. its still in my casino account and now they are saying 2 to 3 more weeks.

That's what I'm saying...it's the lack of ACCURATE information going out to players that rocks the boat.

Do you think this was timed on purpose?

i just went into my casino account and it say my money was processed i clicked on view and it says confiscation.

Never to worry and not to panic. This has happened to others and they were paid. For the most part it seems that it is an urgency thing for alternative banking rules. Read and learn, you may well get paid. If you freak out and raise red flags, you might not.

Squeeking wheel's might not get paid, if you must slurp soup please slurp softly :)

withdraw

I just spoke with Daniel at Allslots,He stated that the withdrawl problem has been resolved and that everyone will be paid in 2-3 weeks.Well,Ive heard this before so I guess we'll see Eva

Hey Goodie2shoes,

My withdrawals said the same thing. See River Belle thread to see what the rep had to say about that wording. Since then I got two checks but apparently theres a lot of questions whether the checks are any good. Just playing a wait and see game. I would be a real shame if we all got rubber checks!!

Take Care!

I second that motion

I was pampered up until recently they . They should be rogued I agree I agree that is all I can say those $#$%*(^#'s@!

jackpot vip factory

Hi.
I'm new on here. Just found this a couple of days ago and I hate to see that others are going thru the same thing, but I'm also glad I'm not alone in this.

I did have some good news yesterday tho. I got one of my checks, in the mail, from the vip lounge. I had a total of 325.00 since Feb, 19, 2007 and have been going thru the same thing everyone else has. After numerous phone calls, emails, and some not very nice ones on my part. For some reason, they had to divide the checks into two, one for 125.00 and the remaining 200.00. I never did understand their emails on explaining this to me.

Evidently, my withdrawl was among the ones in feb-march that were sent back. And, everyday the rules were changing. I know it has been difficult with the new laws, but they really need to work on their communication skills. I would get one email in the morning and another one that afternoon contradicting the first one. I have been playing on this site and jackpot factory for several years and have always had good luck with them, but I'm not sure now if I want to go thru this again. Altho, I'm curious to see if I won, how long it would take a check to get to me now?

I deposited the check in my acct yesterday, so I'm anxious to see if it clears. I really hope it does!! It's not much but the fact is our winnings our ours. I'm also wondering how long it will take before I get the other check. I was told in one of their emails that sent out on April 12th, the date on the check was april 23, hmmm..

Anyway, I just wanted to post and let you know, someone did get a check.

Juanita

I too have been waiting since February and was told in an email Tuesday my check was mailed 4/12..I'm wondering how long that will take! They said maybe May 10th but we shall see. Glad to know someone got paid!!

same old story

Well, still haven't got the bigger check for 200.00 from the vip lounge but it was supposedly mailed out the same day. hmm, imagine that. I have been emailing them every day and keep getting the same old story. It should be here any day now. I'll believe that when I'm holding it in my hand.

In my last email, I did ask them who their processor was and they said Data Cash. Has anyone heard of them? I googled them but didn't learn awhole lot from the site. The casino did say I couldn't contact them directly but they would forward any correspondence I had. .

Has anyone else been lucky enough to get any of their money yet?

I have made two cashins with VIP Lounge - one for $7000, the other for a smaller amount...both checks arrived within 15 days of my withdrawal, cleared my bank with no problem. This was about three weeks ago? I'm sure you will get your check....have you considered opening an EcoCard account? That's pretty seamless....

I have checked into ecocard but not quite sure how it all works. Guess I need to check it out closer. I'm glad you got your money and I'm sure I'll get mine ok, it's just the fact that I get so many contradicting emails from them. I've been playing on vip lounge for along time and have always had good luck with them, so I'm really hoping they are legit.

My check seemed to clear the bank ok after depositing it. Thanks for your reply.

I think anyone with new withdrawals isn't having the same problem we have been experiencing...I'm still waiting for the one from 2/20 and like I said earlier they told me in the last email it was "mailed" 4/12 and 5/10 is the last day...it isn't even that much...$200:eek2:

I opened an Ecocard account the day Click2pay told me they couldn't send money to U.S. bank accounts and they are pretty easy to use. It takes a few days longer and there are charges ($10 to withdraw, my bank charged $10.60 for an incoming wire) but at least you can get your money in and out for the time being!

That was the part I didn't understand about the Ecocard. When we make a deposit thru them, it takes a couple of days to hit the casino? It doesn't take much to confuse me. :) Was there a fee for getting it started, only the withdrawl fee of 10.00? Thats not bad.

I agree, I think it's just the older withdrawls. Maybe one day.

I have not been posting because a couple weeks ago I talked with a man named Jim at the VIP casino and I told him that i wouldnt post because maybe that is one reason we have not been paid. I then was promised last week that I would be paid no later than today so I call today and now im told that there is a freeze on the money because i dont know who found out that is was gambling money but who ever it was put a freeze on the banks funds. When this all happen i emailed the casino rep from here and told him my problem that i had a daughter with cancer that i needed to fly back where she lived to see her and the funds would pay my way and thats when i asked them to put it into my eco card and they wouldnt. I then borrowed the funds and told them that and that the funds had to be paid back a week ago and thats when they promised to pay me what they owe. They dont give a dam about what they owe and my personal opinion is they dont have any plans of paying us back.

Jackpot Factory February Funds

I am having the same problem. I have a lot of info posted under wildjack casino.
I have heard all of these same stories that you are hearing. Don't know whats going on but I cant even get the rep from here to reply anymore. I was told by a friend who was a lawyer for the kahnawake gaming commission that we should continue to email, call and post on these sites until we are paid. He also said that if the money is truly frozen neither the casino or the players will probably ever see this money. Hope that is not true. Meanwhile I am still going to bug them. They owe me the money. All they ever say is havent you received other withdraws. Yes I have but that doesn't mean you can have my feb. money. Keep posting and bugging them
