URGENT...ALL JF WITHDRAWALS ON HOLD

    I routinely emailed Jackpot Factory today, to inquire as to the status of my $7050 withdrawal, which started out being an ACH and then changed to a "check's in the mail" type thing...Today, as per the email below, it seems that ALL Jackpot Factory withdrawals are "on hold". This is outragous, and I feel warrants this casino group being rouged...they are still sending out all kinds of deposit promos knowing full well they haven't a way to pay US players. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST ANY JACKPOT FACTORY DEPOSITS UNTIL WE START GETTING PAID. IF OTHER MG CASINOS ARE PAYING (WHICH THEY ARE) JF SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THE SAME. MAYBE IF THEY STOP GETTING PAID THEY WILL SIT UP AND TAKE NOTICE. (see email below)

    River Belle not paid $8,000.00 broken promises

    You are in for a long haul. Today is the 58th day I remain unpaid from River Belle. Next they will reverse withdrawals and give you only two options for payment. Go read the River Belle not paid $8,000.00 thread so you can get a good expectation of what you are in for if Jackpot Factory follows suit of what River Belle did. Hope you get paid a lot faster than me.

    I know, I've been reading your "RiverBelle Saga"...jeeez...what a friggin' nightmare. And as WinBig so correctly points out, it would be different if they were putting "all US transactions" on hold, (as they incorrectly state) but they are not - it's only us getting PAID that is on hold.

    Did I read that Riverbelle has paid some of your withdrawal, just not all of it? (I could be thinking about someone else)

    It seems that they are still taking deposits, and advising potential customers that it's business as usual as far as deposits and withdraws are concerned.

    Directly from their banking page, as of today, 6:15PM ET. Note the updated time....over a month ago. Why are they so slow in warning potential customers that they'll have to wait months to get their winnings? I could understand a couple days to get the page updated, but a month? They're really looking out for the best interest of new customers...:rolleyes:

    Well as everyone knows ive been waiting for my funds since february they veversed my funds last week into my account and i made a withdrawal through my eco card here is an email i got over the weekend:

    After reading this post eariler i called and they told me that my money would be in my eco card tomorrow because of the holidays. Then i got this email eariler:

    So i call again and now we have to wait a week to see what the financial department says, Ive had it i called my attorney to see if he could do anything and he told me to wait until tomorrow to see if they honor the first email if now he is going to look into it. LIES LIES LIES

    Yes, I saw that. They're in dire need of updating. And if they are unable to payout they should (at least temporarily) stop accepting deposits. There was another casino group that did this same thing... VPL? They just came right out and said they had no idea how they'd pay any US players, but all the while they were accepting deposits. :confused:

    All while staying on the accredited list. IMHO, it's a borderline rogueable offense, but if they're to keep accepting deposits from players in the USA without any idea on how they're going to pay them, then they need to be put on probation at least.

    Mousey, I saw another post you made regarding payouts to US players where you voiced your concern over forums and sites running deposit contests for this casino group as well as others...but not being vocal enough about informing entrants/players that there are major delays in payouts (for US players). This warrants repeating.

    While the burden undoubtedly lies with the casino to inform players of the situation, I do believe that affiliates who refer people to the casinos should share some small part of it. They should not be referring new people there, and they certainly should not be asking people to deposit for contests or for anything else. Not everyone reads Casinomeister, and may not be aware of the true situation. An ethical webmaster would immediately stop all contests for any casino group that cannot pay its players should they win...at the very least stop allowing entries from US players. JMO, for what it's worth.

    You made a very valid point Mouse, that I thought was overlooked. :thumbsup:

    APPARENTLY NOT ALL WITHDRAWALS ON HOLD

    I just phoned JF support as I made a withdrawal yesterday to my click2pay account.

    I was informed that the "HOLDS" only affect withdrawals made from Mid Feb to March 5th, that were still unpaid.

    You may want to actually phone support with your concern versus emailing as I have found my Jackpot Factory emails not be answered as they use to.

    I was told my click2pay withdrawal made yesterday would not be affected.

    ONLY ACH/CHECK ON HOLD FOR SPECIFIC WITHDRAWALS

    Apparently the batch of withdrawals made during the period mid feb-march 5 affected. These withdrawals have been a problem since the reps post here in the beginning of march.

    no other withdrawal method affected.

    I had a withdrawal in March and was paid through my eco card it took for days for everything to go through and get to my bank so here is another lie they said. As to Februarys withdrawls being hard to get they reversed my Februarys winnings back into my casino account in April and i made a withdrawal through my eco card and its still not there. Now wouldnt that be considered Aprils winnings?

    That same thing happened to me. And, today, when I talked to them they said they are treating it as a new withdrawal so the whole process starts over. In their case the Easter Holiday was a huge excuse, the next one was that I hadn't deposited with EcoCard, however, I then went on to explain that they had already done a withdrawal in late March to EcoCard so that excuse wouldn't fly. I just wait for chat's or phone calls to them every once in awhile to find out what the next excuse is. Funny, though, I had another casino switch my ACH withdrawal yesterday at about 1PM CST to EcoCard (which I have never used at their casino before) and the money was in my Eco account this morning:thumbsup: imagine that!!:lolup: So if I were holding my breath I would now be blue:cool: !!!!

    it only affects those transactions that had not been paid

    goodietwoshoes, your transaction wasn't affect by the hold because you were paid to your eco card. It only affects those transactions that were ACH/Check and remain unpaid from that period, mid feb through march 5.

    These were the transactions that went MIA.
