I routinely emailed Jackpot Factory today, to inquire as to the status of my $7050 withdrawal, which started out being an ACH and then changed to a "check's in the mail" type thing...Today, as per the email below, it seems that ALL Jackpot Factory withdrawals are "on hold". This is outragous, and I feel warrants this casino group being rouged...they are still sending out all kinds of deposit promos knowing full well they haven't a way to pay US players. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST ANY JACKPOT FACTORY DEPOSITS UNTIL WE START GETTING PAID. IF OTHER MG CASINOS ARE PAYING (WHICH THEY ARE) JF SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THE SAME. MAYBE IF THEY STOP GETTING PAID THEY WILL SIT UP AND TAKE NOTICE. (see email below)

Dear Tami,

Thank you for contacting The VIP Lounge about your withdrawal.

Please note that due to delay changes in US banking regulations all US transactions are now on hold and where are waiting for an answer from our financial department regarding all withdrawals.

Please note that we are determined to send you your withdrawal in quickest and safest way possible.

We should have a response from our financial department regarding your withdrawal within the next few days and we suggest that you contact us again within 2-3 days, because we should have a answer by then.

Thank you for your patience and understanding and I hope you will receive your funds as soon as possible.

Don't forget that our Customer Service Desk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any question you may have. Our toll-free numbers and email addresses are listed below. We look forward to hearing from you!

Best Regards,
Don

You are in for a long haul. Today is the 58th day I remain unpaid from River Belle. Next they will reverse withdrawals and give you only two options for payment. Go read the River Belle not paid $8,000.00 thread so you can get a good expectation of what you are in for if Jackpot Factory follows suit of what River Belle did. Hope you get paid a lot faster than me.

I know, I've been reading your "RiverBelle Saga"...jeeez...what a friggin' nightmare. And as WinBig so correctly points out, it would be different if they were putting "all US transactions" on hold, (as they incorrectly state) but they are not - it's only us getting PAID that is on hold.

Did I read that Riverbelle has paid some of your withdrawal, just not all of it? (I could be thinking about someone else)

best of luck...to all of us!

It seems that they are still taking deposits, and advising potential customers that it's business as usual as far as deposits and withdraws are concerned.

Directly from their banking page, as of today, 6:15PM ET. Note the updated time....over a month ago. Why are they so slow in warning potential customers that they'll have to wait months to get their winnings? I could understand a couple days to get the page updated, but a month? They're really looking out for the best interest of new customers...

Update for US Players

Last Updated: 4:28 a.m. EST, Thursday, March 8, 2007

The Jackpot Factory appreciates your business and American players are always welcome at our casinos. In light of NETeller, eCheck, INSTADEBIT, PaySpark and other popular deposit methods withdrawing from the US market, we are actively seeking alternative methods for depositing and withdrawing money from the Jackpot Factory casinos. As the situation is constantly changing, please stay tuned to this page for the latest updates.

Update: We are happy to announce that as of March 6th, EcoCard is available to players from the United States at all of the Jackpot Factory casinos.

To Deposit

* Players from the United States are welcome to deposit with EcoCard. Click here for more information and to open an account.

* For those with active Click2Pay accounts, the Jackpot Factory recommends using this safe and secure method to transfer cash online, with same-day payments, and virtually instant cash transfers. You can fund your Click2Pay account using Visa, Mastercard, EFT, ACH, and Direct Debit.

Unfortunately, Click2Pay is no longer accepting new sign-ups from players in the US. As such, only players with existing Click2Pay accounts are able to use this method.

* The Jackpot Factory accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club). Some banks have a policy of refusing casino transactions made by credit cards. However, even if one deposit is rejected, it is worthwhile to try again.

To Withdraw

* Players who deposit with EcoCard may withdraw with this method.

* ACH and checks are available for withdrawing funds from the Casino. Checks will only be sent if no other method is available. Both methods take up to 21 business days to reach your bank account.

* Click2Pay users who wish to withdraw with this method are asked to send an email to withdrawal.click2pay@click2pay.com with the withdrawal amount and the bank account where they would like to receive the money.

* If you need to change to a new withdrawal method, please remember to select a new Preferred Method of Payment (PMOP) inside the Casino software.

Dear Catherine,

Thank you for your patience while our financial department was reviewing your withdrawal query.

Please note, our financial department has informed us, that this withdrawal was original made on February 22nd. Therefore it will be sent to you via check, since the original payment method of ACH is not available anymore and ECOcard is only valid for your future withdrawals.

Yes, I saw that. They're in dire need of updating. And if they are unable to payout they should (at least temporarily) stop accepting deposits. There was another casino group that did this same thing... VPL? They just came right out and said they had no idea how they'd pay any US players, but all the while they were accepting deposits.

All while staying on the accredited list. IMHO, it's a borderline rogueable offense, but if they're to keep accepting deposits from players in the USA without any idea on how they're going to pay them, then they need to be put on probation at least.

Mousey, I saw another post you made regarding payouts to US players where you voiced your concern over forums and sites running deposit contests for this casino group as well as others...but not being vocal enough about informing entrants/players that there are major delays in payouts (for US players). This warrants repeating.

While the burden undoubtedly lies with the casino to inform players of the situation, I do believe that affiliates who refer people to the casinos should share some small part of it. They should not be referring new people there, and they certainly should not be asking people to deposit for contests or for anything else. Not everyone reads Casinomeister, and may not be aware of the true situation. An ethical webmaster would immediately stop all contests for any casino group that cannot pay its players should they win...at the very least stop allowing entries from US players. JMO, for what it's worth.

You made a very valid point Mouse, that I thought was overlooked.

APPARENTLY NOT ALL WITHDRAWALS ON HOLD

I just phoned JF support as I made a withdrawal yesterday to my click2pay account.

I was informed that the "HOLDS" only affect withdrawals made from Mid Feb to March 5th, that were still unpaid.

You may want to actually phone support with your concern versus emailing as I have found my Jackpot Factory emails not be answered as they use to.

I was told my click2pay withdrawal made yesterday would not be affected.

So they're not going to pay players in good faith?

It's not like JF won't get the money in "limbo" back from their processor. Why )#@(*$@ the player when it's the casino's problem?

Were withdrawals to C2P ever stopped during this hold period? I'm not sure why they would be, because they have nothing to do with the US banking system.

ONLY ACH/CHECK ON HOLD FOR SPECIFIC WITHDRAWALS

Apparently the batch of withdrawals made during the period mid feb-march 5 affected. These withdrawals have been a problem since the reps post here in the beginning of march.

no other withdrawal method affected.

I had a withdrawal in March and was paid through my eco card it took for days for everything to go through and get to my bank so here is another lie they said. As to Februarys withdrawls being hard to get they reversed my Februarys winnings back into my casino account in April and i made a withdrawal through my eco card and its still not there. Now wouldnt that be considered Aprils winnings?

That same thing happened to me. And, today, when I talked to them they said they are treating it as a new withdrawal so the whole process starts over. In their case the Easter Holiday was a huge excuse, the next one was that I hadn't deposited with EcoCard, however, I then went on to explain that they had already done a withdrawal in late March to EcoCard so that excuse wouldn't fly. I just wait for chat's or phone calls to them every once in awhile to find out what the next excuse is. Funny, though, I had another casino switch my ACH withdrawal yesterday at about 1PM CST to EcoCard (which I have never used at their casino before) and the money was in my Eco account this morning:thumbsup: imagine that!! So if I were holding my breath I would now be blue:cool: !!!!

it only affects those transactions that had not been paid

goodietwoshoes, your transaction wasn't affect by the hold because you were paid to your eco card. It only affects those transactions that were ACH/Check and remain unpaid from that period, mid feb through march 5.

These were the transactions that went MIA.

Got my JF check today - let's hope it clears!!!

I was shocked to get my $7050 check from Jackpot Factory today....It was processed on March 28 so I didn't expect it for another ten days or so. Now the million dollar question: will it clear?? I really think that it will - I haven't heard about any JF checks NOT clearing...and it's drawn on the same bank that my Big Dollar withdrawal was drawn on, which cleared with no problem.

Funny...they sent me this "all US transactions are on hold" panicy email when I wrote to inquire...later, I got another email saying that this information concerned Feb withdrawals, which mine was not. Still later, another email with different info....I think they are as confused as we are!

Anyway, I think the fact that they paid this in a relatively short time frame (for a check, anyway) is good news.:)

JUST DEPOSIT THE CHECK!!!!!

TRYING TO CASH IT IS NOT A GOOD IDEA. Also, it is a payable through check. The local branch I checked with could not find the account number in their system. The check has a routing number printed under the payable through information that is different than the routing number on the check(I think I recall this).

The casinos have already said the check must be deposited, read threads.

Also, unless you have an account at the issuing bank with funds to cover the check should it not clear, if they can not identify the account number it is written on, they won't be cashing it.

This is what I was told by a patient of my husbands who is a banker.

RECRUIT: same thing happened to me with bellerock. THE PROBLEM IS THEY DON'T KNOW WHO HAS BEEN PAID AND WHO HAS NOT. You might want to let them know you got it so they don't screw it up. Then again, maybe you will get paid TWICE!

I AGREE, DON'T TRY AND "CASH" THE CHECK, FRENCHIE!!

Frenchie, I agree with Ftdoctor - too many inquiries to the issuing bank is going to start raising red flags for ALL of us!! I posed a question to JF after getting the check today...will it clear? This is their response:

Dear Tami,

Thank you for contacting The VIP Lounge about your withdrawal.

We are happy to hear that you have received your check. As far as we are aware of at this time you should have no difficulty cashing your check. There were a small number of checks which were canceled which players have since withdrawn again, but your check was not effected.

Should we become aware of any possible problems with a batch of checks we are pro-active and we do cancel them and inform the affected customers to minimize any problems.

Should you have any additional questions or comments, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Desk on the toll-free numbers listed below. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Best Regards,
Michael

So - Frenchie - just deposit the check and wait for the clearing period. That way you won't get any nasty surprises. And again, if this issuing bank (isn't it all on the Citibank out of New York with a Germany sub-address?) continues to get inquires from all over the US they might start scruitinizing them a little more closely than any of us want them to!!!

JACKPOT FACTORY GROUP IS REALLY MESSED UP

Geezzz. This group can't even process a 400.00 withdrawal to click2pay on a timely basis. All other groups have processed my click2pay withdrawals made in the last week within 1-2 days. NOT JACKPOT FACTORY!

Plus still no answers to any of my emails.

SOMETHING HAS TO BE UP WITH THIS GROUP. AND YES, they need to be rogued ASAP.
