Update on POSH Withdraw

Our PAB service is the most established Online Casino complaint center - full stop.
I just made a ticket with the complaint. They are just unbelievable. Every time he talk to somebody you get a different response and I know that the people you chat with are not really hired by the casino, but they lie so badly and it’s so disheartening.
 
I could use a little help as well. I’ve run out of patience with Posh and the constant lies and not being able to answer a single question. For over 2 weeks they’ve been telling me they are working on my payout and just need a couple more days. Well a couple more days never comes and we’re now at day 35 with no payout in sight.
How long does it normally take to get a payout after filing a PAB? And does it reflect negatively against you in the way of bonuses and comps that you would receive prior to filing a PAB? I like playing there and they have the biggest No Rules bonuses that I have found but the payout issue has given me second thoughts on making anymore deposits.

We get a fair number of PABs against Posh and I haven’t heard anyone say that doing so adversely affects their bonuses and comps. Perhaps ask the rep? They are @Posh-Sunrise.

FWIW pinging the rep with a Private Message is a good start to getting your issue resolved.

As to how long PABs take to resolve that’s more or less answered in the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures , item 2.6. Also, Posh is pretty strict about their payment schedules, they usually stick to the Terms in regard to max payments per week, etc. More often than not that schedule determines how long it takes to get an issue fully resolved.

I can tell you in my case they are way past their play out time limits. It’s that 7 to 10 days to approve it. It’s 70 days to send it in 7 to 10 days for the third-party to send and we are way past all of that and all I keep hearing on my end is They haven’t contacted us yet that they’re sending and you will get your money. They keep telling me to be patient and I lost that being this original withdrawal was the beginning of October. Macs, have you had any contact with them regarding my account? I really appreciate any help because I really need those funds.

I thought we settled this in posts 80 & 81 above? Your PAB is in progress -- why are you trying to sabotage it?

One more public post and not only will we close your active PAB, we will PAB ban you for ignoring the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures.
