unsure about club world tactics

hi bryan, i was curious if you could answer why when i deposited to my club world account the other night after i was playing and had started winning i got a message on my screen stating for me to call jenny in cs asap...well when i called some guy said she wasn't available but he could help me...he then told me that for my own protection they needed me to fax copies of my visa debit card and my id and a utility bill???isn't this usually only done after you request a payout or this normal...mike031 said he thought it sounded wrong and he plays at rtg all the time???

It could have been that they noticed you playing from the same IP as someone else - which happens. This could be why - I don't know. You could ask them what was up:
