New review on Unibet.

Huge selection of games, many platforms, 19 languages supported, complaints are rare (one legit PAB since 2010 - player squared away).

Average 16 hrs for payments - 1.2 reverse time.

No payout limits - but no weekend payment processing.

[strike]9.2 rating.[/strike] 9.4 rating.

I must check but I am nearly sure I have received WD's to Skrill on Saturdays from them also.
Will double check when home from work. :)

They are paying on weekends.
I submitted a withdrawal (Skrill) there on the 26/03 in the wee hours and received the money on the same day (Saturday).

Great, I'll make the adjustment.

Only gripe by me is how long it takes for customer service chat. Been trying to get through to them on more than one occasion for a simple question and end up waiting ages, even if I am number 1 in the queue!!

Only response by them so far is:

Welcome to Unibet's Live Chat! Your request is important to us. A Customer Service Representative will be with you shortly. Your position is 1 in the queue. Thank you for waiting.

Have to say I feel it's well deserved. I joined the site not long ago mostly for the poker offering as I felt like having somewhere else to play other than the usual Pokerstars/Party Poker.

As a UK customer I must say that the registration process was straightforward and the verification process simple too (other casinos take note. Being able to see what you need to submit and being able to upload it from the account is SO much better than having to email it in!) CS has been responsive. Great game selection. Sadly not made a cashout yet so can't speak for that area of the casino. Nice site layout. Poker side is OK. Software is different but average IMO. Low traffic is an issue though. Although I know they're doing some poker tours currently. Hopefully it will pick up a bit there.

I'd happily recommend them myself anyway. Especially if you want to play poker. I need someone to beat at the Omaha tables! :p

Today I noticed that Unibet have added a new exclusive slot:

FootballGladiators.jpg

A 5x3 slot, bonus game or free spins triggered for Arena symbols on R2 and R4.

I enjoy Unibet but only as a second hand option to Mr Green. That is my go-to site for casino games :)

I am an avid sports bettor and while I understand this is not a betting forum but rather a casino forum, in my opinion sports bettors should stay away from this place. They do not appreciate consistent winners.

Furthermore, I quit my account there around 3 years ago I think. The betting was impossible due to what was said above, and their casino campaigns were more of a nuisance with the e-mail ads, as opposed to genuine offers. There was some free spin offer with more spins offered the more you wagered, and I believe it was something among the lines of "10 free spins in gonzo at 20c a piece" if you wager 1k to start off. How about no thanks. I thought that was insulting and since there's no perk to a service offered by countless and countless of other places...no.

However I guess that was a long time ago and the competition has probably resulted in upping the ante, and through my decade of dealing with unibet, in all other areas they were always top notch. Fast payouts, friendly service, never a hitch in anything. Never had any other problem. For those, I'd recommend but not for me, thanks.

Made a deposit of £25 a couple of weeks ago and w/d £100 on i think 4/7 which i received back to my card on the 6/7 then havent played there since.Well yesterday i received an email which stated because of problems with payment providers over the last 2 weeks they reversed all w/d back to players accounts:eek2:
So i logged in and checked my account and the £100 was back in there:eek2: now even tho i have received the money owed, the email said i could keep it,treat it as a bonus from them or w/d it, so i w/d it and got a free £100 :D
did this happen to anyone else on here? thanks
