so i was a bonza slots costumer and few months ago they messaged me that they are closing and they recommend to join unibet .. didnt hesitate at all sign up and started to play . after few weeks i started to deposit larger amounts of money to the site and was expecting some kind of promo or free spin bonus didnt get any:/ so last week was lucky enough to win in actual real casino quite a bit of money so i decided that i will put half in account and other half on online casino so it was 3k to start with from this i was playing for good few hours and somehow managed to do 40k which was amazing so i split that in half as well took 20k out and decided to go big and win more or loose it considering that was already up 20k in my accountso after while of betting lost what i left on site and logged out happy with amount of money i had won. few days after i was wondering why still no one from unibet contacted me after playing and depositing so much, so idecided to go on chat and ask what promos they got or can offer after my bets and deposit . the answer from agent was that they cant offer me anything besides 200£ bonus to be wagered which apparently came to live when i was playing with my money and i used it i said ok but what next for sure you can offer any bonuses to a player which spent so much?? answer was no because you took out 20k so there is no avalible bonus for you and to be a vip you must play more:/ so my question to you my friend is that ...

Is it fair that they are not offering anything to me and should i stay with them or just close my account because i see post of people talking about their bonuses and promos with them which i never recived pls answ

I do find though that when you are up at a casino, bonuses just stop!

Unibet offer very few bonuses , they are rare. It isn't what they do I'm afraid

ok i do understand but i would assume that if they have a player which deposited 3k in first place they should try to keep him (shouldnt matter how much he won)

You might be better somewhere like betvictor where you are guaranteed cashback each week or Guts/betat who have weekly and sometimes daily bonuses.

I don't play at unibet casino so cannot comment on that, I think they have a good poker site though.

Unibet indeed does not really focus on loyalty, but they do surprise players every now and then, and there are also several different promtions per month accessible for most of their players, but differing per location/Country.

But, not only in Unibet, but a lot of other Casino's too, once you are considerably up, you may find yourself excluded from bonuses, or offered less then the standard offers. Possibly more so, when a player wins as big as you on their first (few) deposit(s). You will find such things happening to you only if you are so lucky to win very big, which is not something the average gambler will see often

There is always the possibility of nudging one of the reps here, which are Unibet Rep and sofasurfer, both very dedicated and great people, and they may be able to help you out.

If not, or you don't feel like trying it, you may have to give a bit back first, so they see you are planning to enjoy their games some more.
Fact is, they have a great palette of games, and they pay very fast.

Amazing reaction when I discovered I finally found a place where they offer my faves MG and Netent, together with WMS that I have recently started 'trying' after seeing all the video's and SS on here, all under one roof so to speak!

The downside is mentioned above tho, not many promo's which as a low roller especially I rely on, to extend game time if nothing else.
