I can spot a poker a poker bot in about a thousand hands. Honestly it’s very easy with a HUD tracker. Bot’s decisions are always based on maths only and they will only adapt when the person programming them will realize you have been abusing them their shitty bots for a couple hundred euros. Unibet has really low traffic, no rakeback and nothing interesting in terms of rewards. If you player higer than NL100, there is probably a chance you cant even play the maximum tables allowed which is 4. There is no way bots play PLO like that. Easiest field all around other networks. Even though unibet staff is nowhere near at the level of pokerstars security, there is no reason to grind tables with bots that will makes bad decisions one after the the other when you start to 4bet every time you are in position and cbet flop bet turn and overbet hard river all day at NLH.
For bingo though, my opinion is that 30% to 40% of players are bots buying max tickets every single draws. Numbers and results are improbable way to often. I guess it can be considered legal if rtp is mentionned at max 70% on this shitty game.

If there were bots on every cash game table at unibet 24/7 with an above average win rate of 15BB per 100 hands they would probably clear 15K euros per month.

On it's own it's already a difficult landscape to even gamble without any stress. Casino's and live games tightened up till the point that your better off flushing your money through the toilet and get a jackpot while your at it.
