I rather agree with you essuk. If ever tested in Court I doubt they would comply with the Unfair Contract Terms 1999 Regulations, SI1999/2083. The real problem is that Unibet hide behind the licence holder Platinum Gaming based in Gibraltar and Kindred Group in this country just shrug their shoulders and laugh all the way to the bank.

If you are online betting your only long term option is Betfair exchange. Bookies hate punters who are half clued up and will restrict your account in a heartbeat. I hardly bet Horses nowadays as football is much safer.
Johnnymcc I agree entirely. It is really annoying to be bet restricted. However there is a world of difference between having your desired stake reduced and what Unibet have done which is to close the account and keep the balance of all the money. It's my money won fair and square through betting on various sports events. Unibet set the odds not me.
