Unibet bonus issue

this is my first thread on this forum as I'm a new member here.

I'm having a problem with the bonus TC's on unibet.com. I've wagered more than 2500 on blackjack on this casino. Now when I ask for my wagering, they respond to me that I've nothing wagered for this bonus at all.

I'm a native dutch speaking person, so when you check the TC's in the dutch language on unibet it states that:

"Je moet de bonus 25x hebben rondgespeeld (omzet op Roulette, Baccarat en Craps tellen niet mee) vr je die kan opvragen uit het Casino."

In english: "You have to wager the bonus 25x except roulette, baccarat and craps". So Blackjack does count here!:confused:
When I make this point to the technical staff at unibet, they waive this away be stating that they can stop a bonus at any time when they want.

I find this hard to believe. When they should remove a bonus, they could at least make a change in the TC's. When I spoke to a friend of mine last week, he stated the same problem and issue. So I'm probably not the first to encounter this.
What should I do? Any suggestions?

When did you see those conditions exactly - and did you take a screenshot?

I just checked the Dutch page, and right now it says:-
"Je moet de bonus 25x hebben rondgespeeld (omzet op Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat en Craps tellen niet mee) vr je die kan opvragen uit het Casino."

If this term was in place when you deposited, then you're stuck I'm afraid.

PS: For anyone else reading this thread; Pieter is talking about Unibet's flash NetEnt casino and not the MG version.

I'm glad to say that after some E-mails and intervention of the casino manager my account was restored and bonus was given. (They removed the bonus immediately after that). So everything turned out fine.
Apparantly the bonus was removed everyware, except in the dutch section of Belgium.
