Unibet/bingo.com SAR missing chat.

Hi,

Just looking for advice. I requested SAR from unibet/bingo.com and they have omitted chat transcript from details. This is chat i requested self exclude. They claim it is missing due to a change of platforms and won't correspond. I have sought legal advice from family member, and informed commission who don't want to know. For the record, i was allowed to open bingo.com account after exclude, and deposit £3600 in 8 different deposits in a 28 minute period. Again, no checks carried out.
Is my only option court? Any advice would be appreciated.

Yeah. It would confirm self exclude.

Thanks. Seems unibet can just decide what info they want to send players, and commission let them away with it. Scandal really.
