Uncleared balance QT

If I have an uncleared balance in QT can I receive a payment from a casino into QT?

I withdrew from QT to my bank account and it's in the uncleared stage, I also won at a casino that normally pays right away and now for some reason the payment isn't there at the normal time. I chatted the casino and they said if it's not there tonight or tomorrow morning to contact QT...isn't this a bit odd?

It is quite a bit larger than my normal monies, if that makes a difference?

Normal monies 300-600, this one is almost 2,000.

I don't think it matters how many deposits you have going to QT. You can have money sitting there, withdrawals processing and still get money from casinos. Now where your money is from the casino to QT is another story. Getting in touch with anyone at QT is a process. Usually emails and it will take a day for a reply.

It was there this morning. I just got a little nervous, it took 2 days instead of the normal 1 day.
