Unable to deposit at 3Dice

I hope it isn't so, but if it's in fact true that they're getting ready to pull out from the USA marketplace, they're going about it the wrong way by not informing players about what's going on. I know they're a standalone, so they don't have to worry about players boycotting any of their other casinos, but that doesn't make it right.

Has anyone talked directly with Enzo? Is he still with them? He always used to keep everyone in the loop, and was pleasant and up front about everything....Good guy.

A shame. This gave the USA players a different choice other than RTG/Rival/Top Game. The interface was/is a work of genius IMO, the 'rainy day' and 'ring-fencing' of a bonus and all the other stuff the player account section had. The bespoke games were good but mostly high-variance and I used to love watching Chopley's videos when he got to kiss the Ice Bitch...:) The you had Enzo's unique comps like 'most consecutive losing spins reward' to name but one.
I take it they still take UK? I had an account years back before I joined CM and I didn't understand slot variance and a few other things, and after playing Tutankhamen? and getting battered one night got onto to CS chat and threw my dummy out and shut my account. I didn't know until later I had been playing a HV game and what that entailed....:oops::oops:

I may grovel in future and ask to re-open via the rep...:cool:

Back on topic this must be a serious loss of choice for USA. I hope it gets resolved. Of all the sites I have played at and closed in bygone years, this is one that always stands out. IMO their interface and ideas could be a benchmark for other casinos.
 
Nothing new, still getting the same vague message. Still not able to deposit and I think I've lost my ranking.

I talked with support, and it seems that they are "phasing deposits" back in, starting with the eldest accounts. I've been with them since the beginning, so my account is among those that can deposit.....However, the only option available for me is to use a voucher.

To be fair, they shouldn't be keeping players in the dark like they have so far.

I couldn't get any details as to why this happened in the first place...

To do this, I think that it is important to step back and look at this from a distance beyond our own personal cashier page.




A few bits of information, from my personal interaction and PERSPECTIVE, that I believe to be true:

There are no processor issues between 3Dice and Paste and Pay, presently.

3Dice, of it's own accord, was instrumental in shutting P&P off to SPECIFIC regions (US) at the beginning of this situation.

3Dice reopened P&P to a small number of players without notifying the remaining players within the same region.


Then--


3Dice changed the notification in the cashiers page of every player that stated the phasing of Paste and Pay back in using an ascending account ownership rule.(oldest accts 1st)

I had access to Paste and Pay before the cashier's notification was posted.

I do not know of a single player that has gained access to the Paste and Pay option since the phasing notification was posted.



These are just a few items that I feel are relevant to this situation. Regardless of how someone that is cursed with shortsightedness may view my observations, my
loyalty is with 3Dice. In taking the time to try to understand these events, you must ask yourself and others what could possibly benefit a casino by regulating it's deposits.
Notice that I did not say limiting or denying itself deposits.

I do not know the inner workings of running a casino, but all of us know that there is far more to it then checks and balances.
Many factors come into play when establishing a bottom line such as RTP . Our goals as players are not the same as the casino's.
Soooooo many factors to this equation that are missing, but none more important that that of ENZO. Where is Enzo?

I am not making any claims nor am I making any accusations. It merely occurs to me, as an observer, that maybe
3Dice is striving to remain viable until Enzo is once again part of this equation.
 
In another thread, it would appear, there might be issues again with voucher sites.

So you might be waiting a while for your answer.

My honest guess, is find something else to bide you time with than waiting on P&P to come around.
