I thought it would be good to give everyone a warning in the title. Today has been a day where everything has struck a nerve with me and Lucky Club is at the top of the list. :machinegu And before I rant, I know that this is gambling and that it is luck or no luck, and it is my choice...etc. However, I am just so irritated right now.

Back a few months ago I had deposited back in Lucky Club several times and I hit a really nice hit, cashed in, without any problems. I am one of those people that when I hit, I give it back to the casino just because I enjoy playing. I know you can't chase loses, so this is not the case. Anyway...on with my story. Since the one time win I have deposited $4437.00 in less than 3 months or so and I can't even get it up to $500.00...not even close. I do not expect a big win all of the time, however most of the time I can't even double my deposit. I do not bet huge amounts, some bets are small, some are larger, however it makes no difference whatsoever. :(

I had gotten to the point where I rarely use a bonus because I kept thinking "if I get it to $500 I will cash out just to start over" without worrying about the WR. BUT...I can't even get it close. So, today I deposited again...it wasn't a big amount $45, and I was betting relatively small 50 to 75 cents. It lasted about 10 minutes if that. It was horrible!!

Anyway, I went to chat and spoke with a woman "Britney" and when asked what I had deposited since my withdrawal she told me $4437.00. I asked her to have a manager look at my account. She gave me the song and dance about the casino being fair, that it is monitored or whatever and I told her I never said that the casino was cheating...but I wanted a manager to look at my account. It was as if she got on the defense end really quick!! This aggravated me....Anyway, she said she could put $50 into my account with a 60x WR and honestly this is where I got ticked off!!! Here I am not using bonuses rarely, deposit this much and she offers me $50 with a 60x WR. I had rather her have just slapped me in the face...honestly. :axeman2: I felt insulted.

Please...old and young wise men and women...am I being too sensitive? I literally felt insulted by this offer. I feel that this casino does not truly appreciate me and honestly it made me sad. :( I love the games, and because of the win and the smooth transaction when I did cash out, I wanted to keep this casino at the top of my list to play at.

Long story short, I was ill, and I was ranting to a point, and I did ask her to forward the chat to a manager and she said the account would be reviewed and I would be contacted within 24 hours. I know I can't be the only one that feels this way. One rarely sees any winning screenshots from this casino. I will see what this manager says and then decide whether I want to patronize this place anymore. Bummer!!! :sob:

Butterfly,

Some of the jigsaw pieces are missing. Wht is your average deposit amount? If its only 50 or less you wont easily reach 500 such is the nature of RTG/Nuworks slots. You are entitled to your rant especially if the freebie they gave you is only equivalent to around 1% of your losses but hey with a bit of luck you might reach $500. However calling this a 'warning' isnt warranted. Better if you stated 'Not a Warning - I am just ranting' Of course you just want to warn others you were simply ranting and nothing else but still.....

By nature these casino managers are very defensive and I wouldnt blame them for that as every now and then a disgruntled customer confronts them. I have a particular casino in mind where every support rep thinks you are asking for a freebie and get nasty pretty quickly even though you are trying to explain your problem.

Try depositing in smaller amounts and lower your cashout expectations. What's wrong with depositing 25 and aiming for a cashout of 200? Unless your deposits are normally 100-200 hoping for a cashout of 500 doesnt happen every day.

Hi Chu, I generally deposit $50 to $75 at a time, however I may do that 2, 3,.or 4 times back to back. As far as cashing out, I would love to cash out if it could go to a wallet, however living in the USA, by the time you cash in, pay a large fee for a wire, or wait 10 days for a check, $200 is not that advantageous to me. BTW, the "warning" was merely about me ranting, not a warning about the casino. :)

I know exactly how you feel and I know it's a rant but what were they supposed to do? There's not much they can do. Sure 60x is a lot but she basically gave you some "free" play time, and you still have the chance to win something out of it.

Even if the manager look at your account, he's not going to give you your money back, or set your account to a higher RTP than the rest of the players to "compensate" your badluck, and you already know that. :(

Didn't and wouldn't ask or expect my money back...lol. As stated at the beginning, I was ranting...nothing more...nothing less. :)

Everybody needs to vent from time to time. I've expirienced the same thing a few times in my 14 years with online casinos. You have a great run and make a big withdrawal. And then deposit after deposit nothing hits. It's like somebody turned the lights out. It's time to move on to a different casino and give yourself a break from Lucky Club.

I know its the rant but maybe you could have tried to word it better. Some just notice the title of the thread and think 'Oh gosh, not another rogue!"

This is exactly why gambling from the US is really frustrating. After paying the fees to deposit/withdrawl $200 is hardly worth it anymore. You need to win real big to make up for all those fees. With me what often happens is I bust out everytime chasing a decent withdraw. This is why I try not to gamble much online these days until its regulated and easy to get money in and out without a hassle. I sacrifice the lower payback percentages and mostly go to my land based casino where if I win a couple hundred I can walk out the door and come back another day and try again. Also the casinos comp me with freeplay which only needs to be cycled through once rather than 30 or 60x and whatever winnings are left are mine. Overall its a better experience playing live. I don't know if that is an option for you but it sounds like it would suit you better rather than having to chase large withdrawls to make it worthwhile to play.

We must also take into consider minimum cashout restrictions. Most casinos it's something like $350, some it's $250... but with $40 to $75 fees per, plus if it's a wire there's often other fees when it hits your bank ... we need a nice fat balance to make it worth WD at all.

Speaking of which, I could have cashed out at CW a couple of times in the past year, if the minimum WD was just a bit lower. LOL

To commiserate with butterfly... I've never managed to get my balance up to a noteworthy amount at Buzzluck (nuworks software). Rarely play there because I hate feeling as if I'm doomed to lose.

I just don't play online a lot these days.

Keep on ranting Butterflyboogie:thumbsup:

When someone do it like you did I think it's fine. I will not start complaining about you complaining:D

Maybe there should be a thread here where we could go just to scream out how unhappy we are when we are losing.
Most of the time we just want to tell someone and get over with it so it might would be a good idea.;)

Well, I know exaxctly what you mean BF! I almost never deposit at their sister sites, Jackpot Capital and Intertops anymore because of their withdrawal policies. The fees are crazy. They tout a new debit card that you can send the money to and you can get it at any ATM, which sounds nice, but, in fact they have fees as well;

$35 startup, activation and shipping

$15 per transaction fee

And an $8 a month fee just to keep the card active.

So, If you have no withdrawals for a while you are still paying that monthly fee.

As for their bonuses, those are not so great either. 50-60x wagering on freebies. Why bother? Even the deposit bonuses are 30x.

I will take a freebie and use it to increase my wagering points. That's about all they are good for.

Chu

Chu, I worded it just fine. In the title I stated I was ranting. In the first paragraph I stated I was ranting....geesh!!! If anyone wants to see what I am saying they will read it. I wouldn't think someone would look at a title and make an automatic assumption to anything. If so, then I would question their reasoning, not my wording in a title. If Max thinks my title is misleading then by all means he can change it my friend. :)

Thanks Guys

Thank you guys for allowing me to rant. I want it understood in case anyone doesn't, I was NOT trying to make it sound like Lucky Club was conducting rogue behavior. This thread was based on my unlucky sessions with them time and time again. There has been some great points brought up here though. When a USA player deposits there is generally a fee taken from your banking account or prepaid card. For instance, I use a prepaid card, load it $3.95, use it in the casino, generally another $4.00 or so is taken from the balance of the card due to international fees. Now, using that figure there goes about $8. Next if you get to cash out the wire fee is generally about $45, more or less, and then the bank may take more because of the wire. If we take a check, it is generally 10 to 14 days, and sometimes the bank questions the check. Let's not forget, there is a minimum USA players can withdraw...generally. Why do I personally do this? I live in "podunk" USA, nothing to do here, not a mall...nothing! We have Walmart...lol. The nearest casino, which is only one and it is an hour away. My problem...I am agoraphobic, although I will soon be a doctor of forensic psychology...ironic huh?? I have not traveled 30 miles from my home in 12 years and I use to travel all of the time. :( Gambling online is my only outlet to gamble until I can get over this dilemma. Anyway, thanks for allowing me to "voice" my being disheartened last night. Also, I'm typing from my phone, thus no paragraphs :) I wish ALL if you the best of luck! Linda

I feel for you and know how you feel...I have tried lucky club many, many times and go thru a 100.00 deposit in 10 minutes..I also play buzzluck, not much better. That software is hard to hit on..
You can vent all you want..I am here to listen ...

that is a horrible offer $50 wagering 60x. LOL.

Around here the rewards the real casino's even beat that by a mile. Given what youve lost there, I would take that as an insult. Ive be on casino's before where Ive lost your amount and they have given me $100 free chip with 10x wagering and when the host looked to see I lost that, she re-issued the exact same thing again.

However I do remember losing thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars to 32red. They rewarded me with a massive $32 free chip. So yeah, I understand your frustration.

Thats how it should be done when you lose thousands of dollars to a casino, Its called being loyal to your players.

I know the rant is out of frustration, trust me I feel the same the way with Highnoon casino. It was so horrible. So one night my hubby and I were dipping into the Jack and Cokes a little to much. So we decided to play again but this time only betting 1 cent on 1 line to see how many spins it took to get a full payline of the highest 2 paying symbols. We decided on Rain Dance because we both feel that game is the hardest to hit on. So after 3187 spins on that 1 cent on that 1 line we got a full pay line of Eagles, not to shabby it paid 20 dollars. But it took 248 spins to hit the first feature then it took 491 spins to hit the feature a second time. It was a good thing we were feeling no pain because the next morning I was reading the answer from my PM that was again answered by Karolina, not Tom and I was told that I had deposited over 5 grand and never cashed out.

There really isn't anything you can do, but move on. Don't give them another cent. Having the manager look at your account, it is not really going to do anything. What are they going to say, that you already don't know. Nuworks software is one hardest to win on. Atleast for me anyway.

Ranting is fine, everyone gets frustrated, but read what you wrote butterfly, and think of that before you make another deposit there. Don't add fuel to your already mounting frustration, it isn't worth it. But hang in there girl, try some place new, I will be waitng to see those awsome screenshots from somewhere else.;)

sorry for your unlucky time but when i read these post (Nuworks software is one hardest to win on) i think that i'm a very lucky man because i can say only good think to luckyclub casino..i deposit from 10$ to 20$ and i have several withdraw ranged from 100$ to 800$, the last 100$ a couple of days ago from a 20$ deposit.. i understand the complain of usa player for check expensive withdraw and you have my solidarity , my only advice is to take a break and play another casino after several day come to nuworks again maybe the fate change ...anyway good luck

I had same experience after nice cashout at Bovada casino. At least 12-15 deposits were lost after the initial cashout. I didn't give back over 4K though because I saw where it was headed. Instead, I just disabled account. My suggestion would be to stop playing there because something isn't "right" anymore. Try somewhere new so you can have a fresh start.

Thanks everyone again. After reading your posts it is safe to say it has happened to most of us. The next time Bryan reworks this place I am going to suggest the "Nag and Brag" forum...this could be a special area where we could brag or nag...lol. Great hit...we brag...Lose our shirt...we nag...love it!!! I am going to break up with Lucky Club for awhile...he and I just don't see chip to chip anymore :D Another time perhaps....;)

I think it would be great to have a nag and brag thread!

A place where one can cuss amongst us and get away with it! lol

BUT outta that thread and carried over into other threads, is not allowed..lol A lesson in self-control and discipline.

It could be a dream thread...ya know? How many times a day do you want to reeeally tell someone how you feel? It reminds me of the Ricky Gervais (sp?) ya know the britsh comedian, in the film, " The Invention Of Lying".....lol...

hummmumm..maybe not a good idea..:eek2::)

Thanks for the "rant and rave" Butterfly!

I just wanted to say thanks for sharing your experience with this casino. I think it's perfectly fine that you shared your experience here and am glad you did it! It sounds like you know how everything works and have been around the on line gaming world for a while; and personally I don't think you have unreasonable expectations. Unfortunately, we all know there is really not much that can be done here. The point is, you're just frustrated and need to share! I know I'm pretty new to this website and the forum, but I really like this space because it allows us to vent our frustrations and share our experiences (good and bad)! So you keep doing what you're doing! I definitely hope you have better luck with whomever you choose to play with in the future! You take care now!

I have a theory that works well for me

"If the slots are not doing anything get out"

I can usually tell if a slot is going to take my deposit or i am going to be playing for a bit. Most on here know my deposits are $60.00 betting in $1.00 increments per spin I usually only play slots, occasionally blackjack but tend to lose my shirt and any winnings. Within the first 20 spins i can usually tell and then either make a bad decision to stay or get out. I usually get out, switch games but occassionally I stick around for a bruising and its exactly what it is. Once I have won over $200 i cash out bottom line. (there have been however the occasion big wins where i stayed because the slots kept paying at every spin) This has served me well for a few years.

That said, you going to go have good luck and bad luck. When the luck is bad....dont play. Resist the urge

We must also take into consider minimum cashout restrictions. Most casinos it's something like $350, some it's $250... but with $40 to $75 fees per, plus if it's a wire there's often other fees when it hits your bank ... we need a nice fat balance to make it worth WD at all.

Always choose the lowest cost payout option, or switch casino's. Some do not charge but takes forever to get your winnings. Buzzluck i started off really bad with them but it turned around in my favor, although last few days been sucky, it comes and goes. Also, although not in your case, certain winnings are not charged for cashout, usually anything over $750.00.
