I am from UK I do not think you can cancel withdrawls anyway. Its fine I can wait, I just did not know this was a thing. Can't you ask support to cancel the pending withdrawal and take out a larger amount?
I just did not know this was a thing.
Definitely not a UK rule.It is not a UKGC rule, as far as I am aware, but an L&L Group thing across all sites.
Perhaps @L&L-Jan can confirm?
Sad thing is it is no joke that's the way the group operates. It's bollocks. Like saying you can't go in a high street bookies and cash two winning betting slips at once. This has to be April fool's joke.
Sounds like a dodge to get around the no-reversal rules. If you had instant payments, OK, then it would be minutes before the you could action the next one. TBH I am surprised this stunt is being pulled. No way would the regulator permit this if they knew.Sad thing is it is no joke that's the way the group operates.
WHG uses some company to deal with their live chat when you talk to them they have no idea what you asking, is like Virgin and other companies they use call centre in IndiaUKGC Regulation is the go-to bs excuse for all untrained customer support staff
p.s. and it's not just L&L, the industry is full of untrained staff who nothing about the industry they serve.
You pay peanuts you get monkeys It is good that we have the support of Jan on CM, he must be getting bigger nuts
It's like talking to Doomsday Robots pre-programmed with generic responses.WHG uses some company to deal with their live chat when you talk to them they have no idea what you asking, is like Virgin and other companies they use call centre in India

So frustrating when you are trying to get your point across, but the robot is defying logic and reasoning with its scripted replies.
On another note, after finding the Little Britain clip, I had to watch some Vicki. The one at 3:50, where Vicki tries to claim a reward for a robbery, just had me in tears.
Pretty much, the official guidelines (at link:Sounds like a dodge to get around the no-reversal rules. Indeed, its not its our wallet system that allows one withdrawal at the time. However, in normal curcimstances the withdrawal request is fully processed in max 20 mins due to automated withdrawal system. It is not a UKGC rule, as far as I am aware, but an L&L Group thing across all sites.

Aha in Normal circumstances ?? Hm but there is a problem everytime that the casino's are busy , then at this time are many high traffic ( more work as usual ) etc ... Its damn hard to find a normal honest casino that not try to stall delay etc ... 90 % all the same ! If the casino would have the intention to sort this out ,they would already get another payment processor ! Also unprofessional Casino . Kind regards Peter Z.Indeed, its not its our wallet system that allows one withdrawal at the time.
