Hi there I am trying to withdraw on hypercasino but I have 1 already pending

They told me in chat I can not make another one due to UKGC rules.

I have never heard of this before is this true ?

Thank you
Denise

Its absolutely not a ukgc rule. It just shows how dishonest that casino is. Stop playing there as this is just a stalling tactic they're using in the hope that you'll play back your balance.

It is not a UKGC rule, as far as I am aware, but an L&L Group thing across all sites.

Perhaps @L&L-Jan can confirm? :)
Definitely not a UK rule.

Take Paddy Power. They do not process my withdrawals right away. They sit pending but I can keep making withdrawals as often as I want and they just all get added to pending withdrawals till all get processed.

Had mentioned this in another thread that i thought that group did this but was not sure. If anything they are not following UKGC rules but quite the opposite as pretty sure the rules say customers should be allowed to withdraw right away with no way to reverse.

But I hear All British Casino is place to play with no hassles. Oh wait that's the same group lol.

UKGC Regulation lol 😂
I did this morning 3 cashout on Pokerstars all come under 1 min
I also did on MR Q ,days ago 2 cashout same day

UKGC Regulation is the go-to bs excuse for all untrained customer support staff :)

p.s. and it's not just L&L, the industry is full of untrained staff who nothing about the industry they serve.

You pay peanuts you get monkeys :) It is good that we have the support of Jan on CM, he must be getting bigger nuts :p

Sad thing is it is no joke that's the way the group operates.
Sounds like a dodge to get around the no-reversal rules. If you had instant payments, OK, then it would be minutes before the you could action the next one. TBH I am surprised this stunt is being pulled. No way would the regulator permit this if they knew.

WHG uses some company to deal with their live chat when you talk to them they have no idea what you asking, is like Virgin and other companies they use call centre in India

It's like talking to Doomsday Robots pre-programmed with generic responses.

So frustrating when you are trying to get your point across, but the robot is defying logic and reasoning with its scripted replies.

On another note, after finding the Little Britain clip, I had to watch some Vicki. The one at 3:50, where Vicki tries to claim a reward for a robbery, just had me in tears.

Pretty much, the official guidelines (at link:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
) talk about withdrawal limitations in terms of:
  • "general regulatory obligations" - such as paperwork they should have already asked for *cough*
  • micro-withdrawals (or in UKGC language, "less than their full deposit balance"), where they permit charging a fee and/or "reasonably" limiting the size or quantity of such withdrawals as long as it's clearly displayed in the terms to the customer.
So unless the OP was trying to repeatedly withdraw small amounts, it seems like a bogus reason from the CS representative.

Indeed, its not its our wallet system that allows one withdrawal at the time. However, in normal curcimstances the withdrawal request is fully processed in max 20 mins due to automated withdrawal system.

Aha in Normal circumstances ?? Hm but there is a problem everytime that the casino's are busy , then at this time are many high traffic ( more work as usual ) etc ... Its damn hard to find a normal honest casino that not try to stall delay etc ... 90 % all the same ! If the casino would have the intention to sort this out ,they would already get another payment processor ! Also unprofessional Casino . Kind regards Peter Z.
