Expect 19-20 to be double the amount of fines. They have set up a specific investigatory team who are doing secret shopper type activities on operators based on info they receive on consumer cases both from the public and ADR reporting.

Exactly - I cannot think why Casinos (apart from the big boys like WH) bother with the headache/risk of a UK offering now. Surely the returns now are not worth the risk?

...only thing I can come up with is that the UK market/player base is HUGE and makes up a large percentage of the total world wide population of players
