Hi,
Can someone explain to me why certain affiliates think that they can move outside the UK and still promote UKGC casinos without age gating, such as on Twitch or YouTube.
There is nothing in the LCP regarding the geographical location of the streamer. It applies to UKGC Casinos regardless of were any of them are located.
I reported one of these people to the casino they were advertising and the videos have since been made private and ties with the streamer has ended. However the said streamer posts DAILY videos of UKGC Casinos or links to there website.
EVEN If they are linking to their website this is against the Code of Practice if it has 1 single UKGC casino on there.
What happened to the one strike policy?
