How does this work, does it just go through the companies support?
Every accredited casino has agreed as part of their accreditation to accept CM as mediator in disputes between players and the casino. Hence, after you file your PAB, Max, the PAB manager at CM, will contact the casino in question and ask for all the facts, logs, etc.
Once all the facts are on the table they will discuss on how to find the best possible solution. If the player is right they will support this and give a recommendation to the casino accordingly.
This is the easiest and fastest way to get clarification in your case.
