I contacted the live help and a nice operator told me that my account had been locked. I answered that I had used it 5 minutes earlier and did not seem locked. The operator replied that it had just been locked. I tried to log in again: I was successfull and could even play any game.The operator was perplexed and in any case I asked that I would have been curious to know the reasons for that.
I was told that investagion was going to be carried out by the management. Then I would have got an answer.
Conclusions
1) I'm curious to know the reasons of the locking
2) I'm surprised that at UK Casino Gold you can play with a locked account
3) Nobody tried to contact me to ask me something concerning the motivations that caused their decisions (not even an e-mail)
In any case I will not play anymore there and decided to throw away the few chips that were returned playing in an unorthodox way. They were basically a try, and the try went in the wrong way.
I do not complain for the locked account (i do not know the raesons and many times it's a procedure taken for the safety of the player), but just that nobody notified me anything and the kind operator appeared not to have an idea of what he/she was talking about.
