Hi Guys.

I would really like your help I dont know what else to do.

To give you a brief overview;
Me and a few friends were at my house one night and deciided we would join UK Casino Club due to good reports for the casino etc.

We joined up and made the mistake of using my card to fund both my account and the other account also. The only reason for this is becuase the other guy just had cash and i had my card on apple pay so It was easier for me just to allow to use my card - I realise how costly that decision may have been.
On my account which was funded with my card in my name I won a substantial amount of money (In excess of £63000) without a bonus simply by depositing funds from my card onto my account.

The casino blocked my account after with withdrawal and asked for, passport, proof of address, proof of purchase which i provided them with.

After days of no sleep and emailing back and fourth the realisiation of my simple goodwill genture has hit hard.

I got an email from the casino see below;

Hello *snip*,

After further investigation of the verification documents provided, it is evident that the financial account used to transact on your casino account has been shared across multiple customers that also registered on UK Casino Club with the same mobile device.

Please see the following point in the UK Casino Club terms and conditions: UK Casino Club Terms and Conditions

15. Payment and Winnings

General Terms and Conditions

If Players transfer funds between each other's financial accounts or if multiple Players have their financial accounts funded by a common source it will be considered fraudulent and it may be investigated. UK Casino Club reserves the right to void any winnings associated with these types of practices and to suspend the associated casino accounts indefinitely and confiscate any casino account balances.

As such, the winnings have been voided and confiscated and the account has been closed.

The transactions made on your account have been refunded - please allow 1-3 days to receive these funds.

There was no foul play here, there was no ill intention to gain an unfair advantage over the casino.

On another note - The other account that was setup requested a withdrawal after a small win, was asked to verify account so sent in passport and bank statement for verification - everything was approved and the withdrawal was a success - even though this was an account that he setup and funded using my card?
Why was this transaction allowed but mine wasn't.
I have been upfront and honest with the casino from the outset. I realise my actions may have breach the terms and conditions but I beg of the casino to please honour my winnings.
Any help I can provide I will.

Doesn't look good for your case to be honest. The other account probably went through as likely automatic withdrawals for smaller amounts and yours obviously triggered a manual check

I can give you 63,000 reasons why.

They called in the K-9 unit, crime scene investigators and the X-Files to investigate your withdraw and went over it with a very fine comb..
They found something that violated their terms and conditions and that's that.

You have to man up and take it for what it is.. a very costly lesson. I'm sure if you didn't use your credit card to fund someone
else's account, they would of most likely (grudgingly) paid the withdraw.

@X-Raided Thanks for the reply, yes im sure they went through it with a fine tooth comb - its just a shame that they do this trying to find any reason to withhold the winnings. I understand (albeit too late) the reasoning why casinos dont allow fund other accounts to stop money laundering, fraud etc but they should look at this on a case by case basis and show a little humanity.

As for manning up and taking it for what it is - its very difficult to have won over £60,000 and for it to be taking away to just shrug it off and accept it, Im sure if you were in my shoes you would do anything and everything to try to reach out and appeal to the casino via any means possible?

All of us here are in your shoes. Lots of us are down 60K+ over the course of our gambling lives. The money is NEVER yours until it leaves the
casino. Your funds that you deposited were returned to you, so you didn't really lose anything. Dream's over :)

Was it Casino Rewards also?
What all did you do to try to appeal to the casino to reconsider?

That's harsh so he got his £100 quid back so he didn't lose anything🤦‍♂️ouch, I would settle for a 60k loss over my gambling (career) addiction) more like be due a couple of million if I hadn't gambled but were all degenerates where any win or loss won't stop us gambling ®️, the above about him getting his deposit back is harsh🤦‍♂️

Hello @Jelitch ,

As @sufferinsilence has said, you're welcome to submit a Player Arbitration (PAB) request to us and we'll look into it for you. To get started see here: How to submit a Player Arbitration (PAB) Ticket - Casinomeister Forum . Please don't skip the bit about reading the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures : failure to comply with the PAB Rules could delay, damage or even cancel your PAB.

Also, FYI, I believe @Renee_RA may still be on holidays. She's also (generally) not permitted to post here on the forums -- unfortunate company policy -- so you're best off sending her a PM (Private Message) if that's your preferred route.

Yup, just checked my old Skype messages and sounds like she'll be back sometime around the end of the week or so. FYI.

Maybe not what you want to read but why sugar coat things and beat about the bush?

You broke the terms and they will (rightly) quote this breach and are (extremely) unlikely to pay you.

I get where you're coming from and would feel exactly the same and also try and appeal to their better nature, knowing I stood little if any chance of even a compromise or gesture of good will above and beyond your refunded deposit.

Forgive me but unless you are really, REALLY new to online gaming then 99.99% of us all know it is a big no go for using payment methods across multiple or mis-matching account details.

Okay, hopefully we will hear soon. Many Thanks

Sickener. For those a bit smug, we all know if it was other way around and it was £60000 down the toilet, no one is refunding that.
Yeh that's true, I bet OP wouldn't be getting back a 60k loss having two accounts and saying "well you didn't check before I lost all that money so please refund me". I'm sorry man I believe you had good intentions, this is devastating for anyone. What would've happened if they hadn't checked and you managed to withdraw and they later found out you had violated their T&Cs, do the casino chase you for it?

I suppose they would try but myself and the Mrs would be in Spain if that was us, we had similar and lost 6, 000😕

I'd never withdraw over 1k all in one go, not that I've violated any terms and conditions or anything but I don't want to have to send in ID etc. and have my winnings on hold for days. I withdraw in increments of like 800 if I get a biggish win and it's in my account in 2hrs usually. A couple sites are instant or less than 10 mins. It's better for gambling control as well (withdraw a bit then block account for a few days so you can't touch and spend back the money) sure it takes longer to get the full winnings, but at least you can get a few hundred and it's peace of mind that you'll probably get all of it eventually.

That's devastating, I can imagine you had all sorts of plans for how to spend the money and then it all came crashing down, horrible 🙁. Most of us here blow winnings but I don't get the posters who think it's the same thing as having winnings actually voided, especially very large amounts! I guess it's a lesson for everyone to read the T&Cs extremely carefully before you deposit your hard earned money. It's a similar thing when you win on welcome bonuses and the small print says they will void any winnings over a certain amount. You do have to be careful.
