UK Bonus Buys back?

sorry for being out of the loop

but I just managed to buy 3 £10 bonus buys at a very well know casino in the UK.

are they back? Is it possible to Buy a Bonus in a Legit UK casino or are the casino being naughty?

No, they will never be back any time soon. Unless the UKGC change the rules for them again. Maybe if enough players complained then maybe just maybe they might allow us to have them back but with limits on how many we can buy in a 24 hour period perhaps?

The casino is wrong and you broke regulations by buying them. The casino could be fined for allowing you and you could also have your winnings confiscated and account closed?!

So if I were you I would refrain from buying them and if the new casino has live chat then tell them that UKGC license holders have to ban slots that have bonus buys for UK players. There is no exceptions....... I need to know the name of the casino please?

EDIT: To add if the casino is trustworthy, then they will not close your account but they should just refund you the money you spent on the bonus buys. That is what Videoslots casino did for me, when I noticed they still had a slot available for UK players that was basically a bonus buy slot. The Diamond Mine All action one..... As soon as I let them know, they just blocked the slot for UK players. But that means that slot was available at videoslots casino for months and months lol. So I wonder if they refunded all players from the UK who bought bonuses on it?

But as I said, any casino that has a UK license has to block those slots.

Agree here with my mate, should you win using a bonus buy I’d be worried about it as it’s not legal here mate.

I suspect this member found a casino that is new and allowed UK players to register and they do not have a license. That is my feeling, until we know the name of the casino we can not check their site out and see if they have a license or not.

They break soo many rules they have also gone really really downhill. Please stop playing there. They stall withdraws and they yes they allow UK players to play slots that they should not be allowed to play. I used to play there in the past and stopped when they kept stalling withdraws. I played there for the reason they had providers that other casinos blocked the UK from playing.

So again thanks for letting me know the casinos name.

If I were you I would actually contact the UKGC and send them screenshots of the slots with bonus buys on them. Make sure to have the site logo in the screenshots too. That way they get full evidence you are indeed playing them at this casino.

I suspect the UKGC will be all over them and fine their arses and remove their license soon if they do not clean up their act. Or slotsmillion might just decide to completely get rid of the UK market and cancel their license altogether........ Which again is a win win for us, as then no one will fall victim to them.......

I actually closed my account for 6 months with them because of their super slow withdrawals. Just recently reopened. Fully expecting to now get closed but screw them. SOW me and only gave me £150 a month to spend

Same thing happened to another accredited casino i was playing at - few of their new releases got BB enabled - i didn't ask for my money back but fired email to rep here/chat support and they took it off pretty pronto and they gave me back the BB stake (only did 1 to see if it would work - believe that if you want )

I just checked myself.

It is just that 1 slot. I also totally forgot that Slotsmillion never had white rabbit on their casino too. They have other BTG slots but not that one or extra chili. I also checked blueprint and I could not see any of those that had bonus buys. So maybe they made a mistake and added it before xmas and then just have not been back in the office to block it for UK players?

Slots million is still a casino you should avoid like the coronavirus though. I will never ever ever play there ever again.

I mainly played there because they allowed me to play Amatic slots. They still do allow UK to play them as well.

I would of checked but after so many poor reviews of slots million I didn’t even bother opening a account.

My last experience of them, withdrawal wise, was waiting 2 weeks for 50 quid so it's no surprise that if they can't find the big button that says approve withdrawal in 2 weeks, they probably couldn't find the one saying 'disable BB'

It’s early days. But this is a valid member with evidence here..

if it’s the case and it clearly is they are dodgy then that’s terrible form from those promoting them.. especially in light of so many complaints of utterly nonsensical behaviour...

and folks wonder why I am the way Iam with affiliates and casinos haha...
