To begin, I don't understand the point in a complaint without actually listing the casino in question...you stated the casino is accredited here.
Secondly, he seemed rather jocular to me until your last post. I agreed the cut-off was curt, but beyond that, he appeared rather polite and was doing his job - the sales pitch (which is also one of their duties).
Clearly wants to rip players off? I must be reading a different transcript entirely, because all I saw was him offering a bonus.

first:

yes it might be i was overreacting. i had an extremely bad day and was in fact in deep depression already preparing for some uncool action.

so - that i was oversensitive maybe from that behavior - yes.

HOWEVER:

I WAS NOT LOOKING FOR A FREEBIE! IF I FEEL IN NEED FOR A FREEBIE I TALK TO THE CS I LIKE (I REMEMBER MOST NAMES AT THE DIFFERENT CASINOS AND GET ALONG WITH MOST OF THEM VERY GOOD)...

and then they have a look and arrange something. they always find a way to give out a goodie also when account stats maybe are not that freebie-type. sometimes i was really impressed how they could arrange such generous giveaways for a withdrawer...

especially at betat and veryjohn are some supporters who put all the fun and energy they put in their job into their text. it is really thrilling and pure fun to chat to them. you feel kind of home, knowing them there.

never ever pushed towards a deposit or anything. they needent anyway because i like depositing at their places.
