This one states mid November as the expected startup date for New Jersey:You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
And this one correctly points out that the Federal Government has no jurisdiction concerning online gambling or any gambling for that matter:You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Yes, how much is rent in NJ or Vegas?
I've been playing there all day with no problems.
When you say "app" can I assume you are playing on a mobile device? If that is the case I have no experience with that type.
The downloaded version for PC seems to run very smoothly for me.
Does 3Dice have an applet for the iphone? I've never tried mobile gaming
Did you get in touch with support about the software issues?
They might call on tech and they could solve all problems if your lucky.
Wish Harrahs was on the list. Maybe Georgia will get a clue
Harrah's is on the list. In fact, they get 4 interactive licenses but you have to be in NJ. As for Georgia, the lottery got some interesting permission that allowed the state to offer games ticket sales. Some feel that opened the door up for at least casino games and maybe poker too. I would imagine that it would be met with stiff opposition, but OTOH, nobody really opposed the taxing of those skill slots in the gas stations that operated in a gray area.
Hey Pokeraddict. Do you have any information about Florida? Thanks!
In fact, some observers feel that sweepstakes ban that made online gambling illegal.
I'm not sure I follow you. I know about the sweepstakes ban (still upset about it ) How does that tie
into online gambling for Florida residents again?
Because it makes the use of a computer to win money illegal (not a lawyer, just going by what some in my industry feel the law says). It did not just cover the sweepstakes cafes, it covers all computers.
Nothing too fancy yet but I believe the slot selection will increase rather quickly.

Wow, spamming already!
Jeeeez, that didn't take long, lol.
I guess they want you to drive on down here with your laptop and smartphone and have a few wagers.
Funny thing, not one of the NJ casinos partnered up with any CM accredited casinos. Go figure.
