    In relation to Balthazar`s (iirc) recent thread regarding how our casino dudes and dudettes got into the game, I have two similar questions.....

    Number one.. As we all know when we contact CS via live chat, the agent we are linked to are busy as hell and resolving several problems, as 'the agent is typing' is constantly showing and a reply in German, Dutch, Swedish etcetera sometimes makes it`s way to us by mistake lol, so my 1st question is...On an normal shift how many customers does a live CS agent on average deal with?.

    Number two.... How did you arrive at the name for your casino? (obviously branded casino`s answer this automatically).
