Twin Loyalty VIP Screwing the pooch + Gaslighting and ignoring Clients and chiseling

So been a member of Twin Casino for a couple of years and like the site and people but recently anyone else having a mare with the VIP group ;

I have really scaled back my spend there (maybe that’s reciprocal event) ; But you get invited to be a VIP member; get private numbers emails - so you would think you could get a hold of a person there

Sitting at 2-3 days waiting on a message to be returned ; midweek Vip spins were $2/4/5 spins 50 of them when they remember to do them now 15 $0.50 spins .

Reaching milestone in programme used to get $25:$50 - now getting 10 cent crappy spins

Getting confirmation on offers only for them to be rescinded

Any one else getting cold shouldered is it just me maybe ?

Either way I’m fed up chasing people to give them my cash and the fact they are dropping RTP - if they put the time in probably wouldn’t be looking for a new home

IS IT JUST ME ?

I don’t play there but it sounds like a pretty shite experience. Seems like, as long as you keep throwing money their way without them giving you an incentive, the more they are inclined to let you do so.

If I deposited enough to be classed as a VIP, I would want that status to mean something and be upheld. Vote with your wallet and look elsewhere, I am sure there will be other Casinos who will treat you more appropriately.
 
Im also having a few issues with them right now. Do they have a casino rep on here that I could discuss this with, or should I just proceed with a PAB??
