It's the first time, that I need your help.
Twin is a great casino, I'm playing there a lot as a low roller. Always getting paid if I win and a great customer support. But this time, I'm really disappointed.
On the 21st this month, I've made a 30€ Skrill deposit, which was deducted from my Skrill account, but never appeared in my casino wallet. That was 8 o'clock in the morning.
Directly informed the customer support about the missing deposit. Was promised, that the problem should be fixed soon.
I've requested to refund my deposit, but the money is still missing.
Contacted the support again and I was put off, that the technical team will handle this.
Next step, Casino rep. Wrote a short pn, but the rep was last seen on the 3rd may. Customer support was directly informed, that I've written a pn to the rep. No response at all.
Now I need your help, we are talking about a small 30€ deposit, but imagine a bigger one.
