Twin.com / Skrill deposit not credited

Dear members,

It's the first time, that I need your help.
Twin is a great casino, I'm playing there a lot as a low roller. Always getting paid if I win and a great customer support. But this time, I'm really disappointed.

On the 21st this month, I've made a 30€ Skrill deposit, which was deducted from my Skrill account, but never appeared in my casino wallet. That was 8 o'clock in the morning.

Directly informed the customer support about the missing deposit. Was promised, that the problem should be fixed soon.

I've requested to refund my deposit, but the money is still missing.
Contacted the support again and I was put off, that the technical team will handle this.

Next step, Casino rep. Wrote a short pn, but the rep was last seen on the 3rd may. Customer support was directly informed, that I've written a pn to the rep. No response at all.

Now I need your help, we are talking about a small 30€ deposit, but imagine a bigger one.

Thanks in advance for any suggestion regarding my issue.

Ask someone more official than me to give the boss or max a nudge to contact the rep.
As hard as it is be patient, the guys on here will help you.
Never heard of the casino so can’t comment.
Seems straight forward enough however, have some patience and I’m sure it’ll be solved no issues.

I don't know if it is the same thing, but it happened to me a few months back with another casino and Neteller.
Difference is that I didn't notice it but many days later when the money returned to my Neteller.

These things happen and 99.99% are fixed by themselves. You have to give it time.
I hope by "I've requested to refund my deposit" you don't mean Skrill, because that will get you in trouble.

I‘ve asked the casino customer support, to refund the deposit. Not Skrill support :)

Hi Dafunk,

sorry to read you had some issues with deposit. I am going to check the status and come back on that shortly. Our rep. account has not been used much since we started but it will change very soon, when we enter the flames.

still Marcin here, just wanted to confirm I spoke with our payments team and requested to investigate your query and credit missing funds, which they did. It must have been a tech error between skrill and twin servers but definitely it took too long to get it sorted on our side, please accept my apology for that. Wish you a very good experience from now on.

The missing deposit has now been credited and is available in my account.
By the way, thanks for the bonus. Hope to have some fun with it. :)
