I have to agree with the negative comments, I have played a lot of online casinos in 18 years, and the ones that have lower rtp are actually my best paying casino compared to the same games twin offer but they claim higher rtp.
They are not a very transparent casino.
If you ask for rtp it gets pushed to different departments, takes 5 days then they finally answer and then the next day you get Simon asking if you have gambling problem.
So..draw your own conclusions, I have.
I play them everyday still but ya their rtp seems low from what it should be, so long story short they need to adapt a real time rtp I guess like videoslots has or ease up with the above "comments"
The vip guy actually told me he would have to to manually calculate my reactoonz RTP,, when I asked that doesnt seem 2020 but whatever....hopefully they will implement the rtp value on their site so this is all mute.

but what counts for the player is how they get supported beside the daily business:
how valuable are the weekly daily deposit offers?
how good is the vip benefit?
how good is the vip support?
these are the things that should be part of the casino rating here.
it should be visible in a fair rating that for instance videoslots canceled their vip benefits completely or that twin offers crap promos and vip benefits. This is essential for players that deposit more than 10eur a week and then are happy about casino races with 10cts...

Can't speak from where you play from but in the UK, unless there's a secret VIP package for most casinos, the VIP/Loyalty elements are to the point of erosion, they're hardly visible. I agree that if you have casino A and B, and you know that B will give you something extra then, given that w/d times are sometimes more or less the same in some places, why bother playing at A.

I'd personally play at a place with 48hr payment times but with semi decent perks than someone that gives very little back in the form of surprising cash drops/FS offers (depositing and non depositing) than somewhere where i don't even see an email from in 6 months.

Very few places now have the offers/VIP/whatever you want to call it than they did 10 years ago - UK wise i can only think of maybe 3/4 casino (groups) max now unfortunately.

Personally mate I’m now at I think 4 active casinos, what I mean by active isn’t regular, just ones when I play I trust and will use.

Yeah, it was just 123,48 € Bonus I lost (I played them know to see what I would have got). This was also my last experience here because I set a deposit limit to 10 and probably the first time I will SE from an accredited Casino here. So, I closed my Twin account today. Here's why:. I spend $1000s a month at Twin with absolutely no interaction from the casino in terms of VIP stuff at all.

That's ok, rewarding players isn't their thing. Everyone's different.

This was the deal breaker for me: did one of many deposits and decided to take their free spins for depositing. I didn't play them. However, I did withdraw. I then went to play the free spins. I couldn't. They were denied to me because I withdrew.

This is wrong on so many levels, but especially because it says, if you withdraw, there will be negative consequences.

I closed my account because of this. Totally unacceptable of Twin.

I will say money isn't an issue for me, but ethics are. I think Twin needs to look in the mirror.

Sad that you closed your Twin account.

When you take on a deposit offer from Twin and you win with your real money you can cash that out.
Now, we do actually have a term stating that if you do have a pending withdrawal, that these bonuses will be forfeited.
So we have clear terms for this. That you have agreed to have read, understood, and agreed with.
However - This is just a term and that you are always able to play your deposit free spins, having a withdrawal or not.
- I believe this change was made back when we did the baptism, so we actually changed it.
So if you had trouble, actually claiming them you could have just told me, support, loyalty, or someone else and we would have at least compensated that for you.
