    After my deposit I receved this email email from Twin Ace:

    But I lose my deposit before to wager 1000$.
    I asked to live support to give me the bonus.
    But live support said me:Ma'am please note that our system has places you as a bonus oriented player and you cannot receive any bonsues at this moment.

    Why I am a oriented player bonus?

    First of all, remove your account number from the post. Second of all, I don't know why in the world they gave you that reason instead of simply saying you hadn't met the wagering requirements. I think the industry needs a credit check of sorts so a consumer can see if they are blacklisted or something.

    I think the problem lies in that their website states the following:

    Twin Aces never should have let the user deposit if they identified him/her as a "bonus abuser." I've been blocked by other Playtech casinos that do exactly that ... when I sign up, they lock my account before I can put in/lose any money with them.

    And, yeah, take that account number out. :thumbsup:

    Ah, there it is. If they accepted your deposit, I think it's too late to go "NO bonus you abuser!". They have responsibilities to abide by on that front as well and can't use that claim as some sort of shield.

    But chat of live support said me that I am a oriented player bonus,but after I deposited and losed my deposit.Before I was a welcome.

    I think that a casino that do this problems is not a good casino.

    This is standard behaviour from the Main Street Group - if they decide you're a bonus orientated player they wont give you the bonus, however they will only decide this if you've taken up several of their signup bonuses and won without redepositing.

    However it doesn't make it OK seeing as they make you do wagering to receive the bonus in the first place before telling you you can't have it.
