TSII & IR Achievements cleared at casinoluck

I just deposited at casinoluck and found that all my achievements on IR and TSII have been cleared. it's like I'm playing them for the very first time Anyone else found this problem at casinoluck or any other flash casinos? I've emailed them, but no reply and live support are offline!

It was a long time ago but i remember losing all my achievements when the browser version of 32Red changed to quickfire. I never got them back but then again i didn't ask at the time :(

To be honest, I doubt they can help but worth a go.

The actual use with these achievements seem to be to give players rewards depending on what achievement they have acquired. Like look at betat (and a few others I think?). For completing achievements you can claim a bonus.

I don't think there would be a way to load achievements onto someone's account for this reason? Even if they could I guess the only way it would happen is if you had a screenshot proving what achievements you had already gained.

it's not the paytable achievements, I'm particularly bothered about. it's the progress i'd made in the bonus section. I had achieved gold in that, so i had the choice of any of the bonuses, now i'm having to start from scratch

you should definitely write or chat to them about it......even though it may not help you directly it could help if they made some changes so as not to affect other players.

same problem

yeah i had a small deposit there today aswell, didnt hit the bonus but all acheivements on ts2, ir, playboy and TFROL are cleared

Very annoying as now it would take another 40-50 deposits to unlock the bonus rounds or even more

As it has happened to more than one person it might be they updated their software version or something as the reels were also very slow especially on playboy and ir

I guess that would still apply as an "achievement" in the same way completing sets of symbols on the paytable does.

Like getting "gold status" progress in the bonus is an achievement (pays £1 at betat if averaging 30p spins)

Had same problem at 7sultans some years ago, just contacted live chat and they went to microgaming about the problem and it was fixed pretty quickly.

its happens alot with flash based

the quick costly fix is put game on lowest bet 30 cents and hit auto play till you get thru the features might cot you 100 to 200 but it works well of course it works lol

Resetting won't affect your RTP/returns from the bonus round at all, but might lessen the enjoyment of playing for a while. Annoying I must admit.

terrible start to this casino for me as well! signed up, deposited £150, no sign up bonus awarded! went on live chat and I said I don't need a code, she said obviously some tech problem as always. she will contact the casino manager.

says it will take a hour for this, lets see eh?

bit of a attitude problem from live chat too, very rude! and I was nothing but polite!

signed up via neteller, hope this is not the problem, as nothing in the terms about not getting the bonus signing up via neteller.

I can tell you, you will have a great time here and I can say that your casino is brilliant and it has improved so much since i first played there about a year ago so way to go and i hope this pattern carries on

And on unrelated note as i understand next casino is also a sister casino to casinoluck so would u be answering queries regarding that casino aswell or just CasinoLuck?
