Trustly withdrawal issue?

This is an issue you’ve had for months can you not open a basic U.K. bank account which in turn will get you a debit card?
Surely the Metro account will accept an external money transfer?

I have a debit card but MasterCard is difficult with refunds sometimes.
I haven’t had this for months. I recently closed my Revolut etc.
