I have never played it until now so - by any doubt I have started on "0" spins, ok? I have run autospins on a good casino - RTP 96.11% is same high as stated by them.
So.. went for 1350 spins... yes, 1350 spins spending 400 Euros on bet 1..

Reason why I am referring to your games is simple, they are very new, nice, good mechanics, graphic etc. but I just want to try to make your games more to the players, because it's so shame of you latest three releases.
Same for getting on Mental bonus upgrade. I've got it like 200, 300 times, but never got any good win, actually always it went to extra 4 to 15 euros on bet 1... I think there should be some kind of guarantee of getting upgrade on normal spins (say 50x bet, another upgrade guarantee 100x bet).. ??? Because it actually doesn't have to give any win - most of the times it is like that anyway LOL, but some little guarantee will be good point there to make players happy at least with some thing.

If you want to be guaranteed a bonus then play RTG slots where they come in every 100 spins on some of them.

If a rep had to 'explain' every time a player didn't land a bonus within 1000-odd spins it would fill the forum up. It's called spread, where randomly you can get long runs of no bonus due to the vast amount of permutations and outcomes possible on video slots.

Update - got the 1st bonus with upgrade on last spin to have 3 dead spins - literally DEAD spins.
Total amount of spent? 768 Euros on Bet 1 and amount of spins - 2067!
I understand odds, I am playing games for long time, but if someone states something, they should state it as a true story. Maybe try the game by staff and then release the stats.
I am saying all of this because NLC have potential to be the BEST game provider out there for very long time and as far as I am winning on other providers and quite nice money I do have them to just play and have fun on NLC games and they are so good to test in different ways for public.

Gave a try to bonus buys, simply because another 400 spins - no bonus = 1 bonus in 2467 spins..??
And I id buy 20 of them - paid from 7x bet - 12x bet and one upgrade I've got with 35.80 win!
Alright, I think I will leave this game alone - so SHAME on last two releases from you NLC.. still waiting for a reply from NLC on that statement VS reality tho

Anyway - losing 1.4k on this bad bad game maybe saved me another 10k if I will get some bigger hit and then nothing

What exactly do you want them to say.

If they are telling truth bonus happens on average 1 in 210 spins.

Think you need to understand what that means.

You could get 10 bonuses in 100 spins or none in 2000 spins. Does not mean that the average of 1 in 210 spins is wrong just because you never hit a bonus.

Well, then it is same with max win right? You could get it 25 times max win from 100 spins and then nothing - just leave the game for good, right?
I want them to say or explain how they count it - one bonus landed out of more than 5000 spins = I had this only on Piggy Riches megaways.. I think it just looks very suspicious don't you think? One bonus out of 5400 spins, maybe if I will play more - maybe I will get every 5th spin bonus, or maybe never ever again because I will be in "bad" luck spin forever..? And max win 38 on bet 1? Maybe for some guys it's okay, but to me it looks very strange.

Alright I did give it once more and last time 5000 spins... no bonus landed.. went to San quentin - 4 bonuses in 250 spins. Went to Goblins - 3 bonuses in 400 spins..
So this game is the most extreme - even they claim it is their the lowest one..
Total = 15.400 spins - one bonus, no Grit Girl.. I don't like to be that guy - but their own words are extreme far from what realty is in their last two slots they released! And public should definitely know it!
