Trouble in Paradise Poker

After playing online for a couple of years, Paradise Poker now tells me my password is not valid and will not respond to my e-mails. I have a few hundred dollars in my account and would like to be able to get back in.
What can I do? Please help!

Paradise poker is an excellent site with great support staff, and I'm quick to harshly judge poor service. There must be a communication problem you are having, as I have played there for years, and changed my email and home address many times without a single hiccup. If only all the dribblers from party could be enticed there (paradise) as the entire setup is superior, apart from the 3 table limit.
