I´ve received a sign up bonus on 20.11 with a maximum cashout of €150. All wagering requirements had been fullfilled at the same day and already send all documents (passport, credit card, credit card authorization form, utility bill, credit card statemt etc) on 24.11 (two times). All documents were approved. Two weeks later I did phone verification and the agent told me that I would be able to withdraw my winnings.
This was three weeks ago and Im still not able to request a withdrawal. A withdrawal via EcoPayz is the only option they provide and during requesting process, an error message appears that says that EcoPayz is not possible and that I have to contact customer support. Live Chat always answers that they are not responsible "Please write an email at finance department". Email support does not answer since weeks.
I don´t know what to do next. They have all required documents, personal details and even my phone has been proofed.
