Pretty sure just taking no-deposit bonuses and not depositing often enough, in your case practically not at all since the only deposit was done after you had won on no-deposit so that you would be able to withdraw, is against some of their rules.

So you probably did break their rules.

These days yes I would be breaking the rules of nearly every casino.

This was a long time ago lots of rules have crept into casinos terms and conditions mainly threw copying other casinos clauses where they think if it works for them it will work for us, and I did make more than one withdrawal after the deposit which confirms they had no such rule.

I didn't like Tropica's promos at the time so never wanted to play for real.

Tropica still gives out a lot of free chips but the rules have changed. If you're not a depositor you won't get any. That's a great change and the complaints will be less

No need to complain now over what happened years ago. We change and so does casinos, and we all learn from our mistakes.

About the OP's post I understand the bitterness to not get paid for such a small mistake, but she took it well. Kudos for that.

The chat are confusing me too because the answer to the question was given. What I would wish for is that the person in chat took the time to be nice and end the chat in a normal way, with asking if there was something else she needed help with. If they do that then they can avoid misunderstandings, complaints and confusions.

This casino is reliable, they pay fast and they have a rep who deals with things fast if you just talk to him.

There are really bad Rivals who deserve all bad things we can say about them but these guys are trying to be good.
