My main reason for bitching was the reason that they did not state the max bet rule on their main page of the promo alongside with all the other T&Cs.
Anyway I think we have covered the subject and I accept that since it was a condition stating in their general T&C I am the one to blame.

Unfortunately I come back due to the unbelievable post from Dieter, from which things escalated into a personal matter for me.

He did indeed sent me that email after I started the thread (and not before as he states) to which I did reply and I gave him the link to casinomeister!!!!! to respond as he asked me.
All these are easily proved through times of email servers.
Also in my email to which I did not had a response yet I resedent the accusation that I threatened and abused his staff.
For this only reason I expect from him either to post the live chat so anyone can see the cold facts or to apologize to me for this accusation.

This thread was first brought to my attention by another member via PM yesterday. That is when I replied here.

According to my records, I wrote the email on Page 2 of this thread to you on 25 November at 13:52pm after your chat was reported to me by one of the staff. On my end, it shows this thread was started at 19:10pm on the 25th. This may be a time difference issue, but even then, it is irrelevant as my staff told you the same thing I did before you posted here.

The point I am trying to make is that after my staff politely explained to you what happened, you threatened to expose us on several forums and then created this post to discredit us. I.e. even though you were informed of the exact reason, you thought you would try and cause our reputation some harm. You could have PM'ed me here first and we could have avoided this situation.

If you wish to continue this thread, please feel free to post the chats and let the members decide. At some point, players need to take some responsibility for their actions. It's really unfair that casinos can be discredited at any point in time by a disgruntled player or fraudster.
