so i play the £5 promotion at tropica casino (78x) and win £254 (yes, really!) however they only allow you to make a withdrawal of a maximum £25. which is fine, i mean its free money! i go to make a withdrawal and get a messege on the screen saying wagering requirements not met. i worked out i have met them + around another 30%. the phone number to customer services doesn't connect, also the live chat is non responsive, not even an automated messege saying an agent will be with you shortly. so i send a polite email about 45 minutes ago, saying whats happened and includeing my username, a screen shot of my neteller account and driving licence for age id. its not the £25, its the principle. any suggestions? feel free to text me 07580107042:) phil.

Hi Phil,

As per the answers provided to the multiple contacts you sent in the past hour, you have only wagered £78 of the required wagering. We are not sure what calculation you are using, however you can see your bets by visiting the cashier and then you can:

1. Click on Details / History
2. Click on wagers

You will be able to see how much you have wagered thus far.
