so i play the £5 promotion at tropica casino (78x) and win £254 (yes, really!) however they only allow you to make a withdrawal of a maximum £25. which is fine, i mean its free money! i go to make a withdrawal and get a messege on the screen saying wagering requirements not met. i worked out i have met them + around another 30%. the phone number to customer services doesn't connect, also the live chat is non responsive, not even an automated messege saying an agent will be with you shortly. so i send a polite email about 45 minutes ago, saying whats happened and includeing my username, a screen shot of my neteller account and driving licence for age id. its not the £25, its the principle. any suggestions? feel free to text me 07580107042 phil.

As per the answers provided to the multiple contacts you sent in the past hour, you have only wagered £78 of the required wagering. We are not sure what calculation you are using, however you can see your bets by visiting the cashier and then you can:

1. Click on Details / History
2. Click on wagers

You will be able to see how much you have wagered thus far.
