I received payment this afternoon...thank you :)

I still don't understand in their withdrawal email Tropica Casino sends out, it says 2 days, but when you ask support they say 2-5 days? I requested this payment Thursday morning 8am and it came in sometime this afternoon.
 
Hm, that's very interesting, because i've received my 40.- withdrawal (it was even my very first withdrawal there!) after only 6 hours, so either they've changed their payout time, or i was very lucky?

I know, that i've said, i'll never play there, but with this very short withdrawal time it's certainly another story ;)

I think you were just very lucky, third businessday and still waiting...
Just have no idea what to expect...10 days..5 days..6 hours..:confused:
 
I have to say, to my regret, that I'm VERY dissapointed with Tropica.
I have requested my cashout of $120 on Monday Dec. 7 at 08.45 in the morning.
Flushed immediately, and received an email that my cashout would be processed within 2 businessdays.
So I expected the money to hit my Neteller the next day to be honest, as Monday would be the first businessday, Tuesday the second.
Now I've been waiting all week, and its still NOT there!:mad:
And as its fridaynight now, it won't be the there until at least MONDAY! :mad:
I've contacted livesupport twice, asking if there is anything wrong, documents missing or not approved, whatever, but there was nothing wrong and I should get paid before the weekend.
I've also sent a PM to the rep. here yesterday afternoon, but no reply, despite the fact that he has been here twice since I sent my mssg.
I get the feeling I'm beeing ignored, and I'm far from happy with that.

I was really looking forward playing tonight, but no way. :(

Your documents were received yesterday (09th) and have been assigned to Security for review.

We have also contacted Rival management and asked for withdrawals to be released ASAP.

Just received my payment a few minutes ago, so its all settled now.:thumbsup:
I sent my docs on tuesdaymorning, altough there was no request for them, also never got a confirmation of receipt.
I don't mind waiting for a withdrawl, as long as I know I have to wait, thats the whole point.;)

2 business days means normally not the current day, so when you make a withdrawal on monday, you should get it at latest on wednesday, this were then 2 business days(48 hours) ;)
 
i've been waiting since the 22nd,and 23rd of jan,,for 2 -2,000$payments from them to go into my qt,sent in docs last week ,then today they say they need the faxback,why wait 10 days to tell me they need a faxback,i'm starting to get worried,is there a rep for them here?
