When I played there last year they were super quick with documents and with the withdraws I managed. Its one of those casinos that you know you will get zero hassle on payouts if you hit a good streak and find the elusive cash out button. Spintee I think you have blown all this out of proportion.

I know you are annoyed at not getting the withdrawal but you did break their terms. Personally I don't agree with terms like that but its the casinos right to have whatever terms they feel like and it was a free chip after all.

It wasn't a large withdrawal and maybe the casino could have just paid it. But they chose not to and as you broke their terms that should be the end of it.

OK here is my opinion on the matter-- lets face it USA does not have many places or software choices to play at. Now knowing this we usually play 3 dice or rtg software- they really have no rules - other then free chips at rtg have a max cash out. Now lets look at rival

Tropica is giving free chips to people almost daily. I mean every morning I have something from them. I deposit maybe twice a week there. Keeping this in mind how many free chips they give out -- they need rules.

just like other casinos they have T&C you must read as well as bonus coupon and or free chip coupon rules. Once these are understood there shouldn't be a problem. I wasn't sure I asked here as well as pmd the rep. I now understand most of it. Some of the rules may be strange to us like the ten game rule - but if you think about how many free chips they give away -- I can understand it. It is a casino.

I think you learned a lesson and just wait on the next bonus to try again that would be my advice.

We have all done something where we regret it. Hit max bet by mistake - played back a win- reversed - didn't read something correctly. This is why CM exists so gamblers can learn from other peoples mistakes.

Yes they would have paid her. This has been discussed in this forum ad nauseum. In fact I believe the free chip rule change was added due to conversation in this very forum suggesting that it was difficult for US playesr to make small withdraws and could they do something to make those free chips more friendly for us.

The rules are very clear

5.14 Should you reverse winnings from a no deposit bonus and continue to play with or without a bonus, the total winnings will be capped at $ / £ / € 200 or currency equivalent.

5.15 Should you reverse winnings from a promotion and use those winnings to continue playing, then we reserve the right to apply the Max Cashout of the first promotion completed. (07 Jan 2015 - This includes the terms of the promotion you played unless otherwise specified / approved).

Rule 5.14 specifically says a NO DEPOSIT BONUS
Rule 5.15 specifically says from a PROMOTION

The promotion rule does not apply to the free chip, the Free chip rule applies to the free chip.

Maybe to better explain it could say deposit bonus instead of promotion, but given these rules sit side by side it seems fairly clear to me that the first was for free chips and the second was for deposit bonuses with a max cash out.

Eh? How is it that the player was allowed to attack you for eight pages? I saw one disgruntled player (who was in the wrong - and received a spanking) and a couple of other dissenting comments - but that was it. And you want to close your account?

I could understand that if I was condoning Spintee's behavior, that's one thing, but to get riled up over one guy who - in the view of most members here - was in the wrong seems a bit odd to me.

Your supporters way outnumber your detractors by at least 10:1 right now and those numbers will continue to swing in your direction. I understand it's easy to let someone get under your skin when you have worked so hard to get where you are and I have no doubt you have put your time in. Just due to your continued presence here I am almost ready to give your casino another shot and I have plenty of other options, in other words, I want to play at Tropica because I know there is an attentive rep. here.

There has been talk recently about how the forum has changed to a less rep.-friendly place and Bryan has gotten out the broom and done some house cleaning and I think it will slowly migrate back to where it should be. Spintee's had some sort of breakdown and continued his tirade while people corrected him. I gather that after Bryan's response and resolution Dieter has remained which is good news - I had a sinking feeling reading through this until I got to that bit!
No rep should be bullied off a forum like this due to one person; it looks unpleasant and secondly the rest of us will lose the services of the said rep which is not fair.
I have removed Spintee's entry from the quiz too. A shame for him as he was up amongst the leaders (without giving too much away before the grand finale!)
