The Casino rep is telling us if we want free money to become an affiliate because he is not giving any away. Basically,He just gave us all the middle finger.

I don't argue what the multiplier is on the " Welcome" free money when I have never made a deposit at that casino before. Free money is Free money and I appreciate it especially, when they have not gotten a cent from me in the first place.

It is after numerous deposits when the casino rewards players with non deposits or weekly cash-backs, I would be concerned if the multiplier was still outrageous.

As we have stated already, and how Robwin clearly pointed out, how ridiculously unfair the amount you are limited to cash-in. We would be in bad shape if we won a nice jackpot at his Casino using the promos. It's like exchanging good money for, well for nothing.

Ok I think I have complained enough about this and the Casino Rep said that this weekend he will make changes with the promos, so I will wait to see what happens.

Example, just now I went in to my Simon says account was was going to make a deposit. I saw a non deposit in there.It was nice of them to put a non deposit but shocking to see the multiplier at 100, never saw this before at Simon says and have been playing there for a long time.

If this was a Welcome bonus it would not matter to me and would appreciate it at any multiplier, as I stated or basically summed up in my last post I added to this is, I don't believe in entitlements . And come on, we have all played Rivals so we do not even need any free money to "test" the games from Rivals new casinos so it is nice when they offer it to us.

But when your a player there and are being " Comped" with a non deposit along with a 100 multiplier is not exactly telling me they appreciate my business.

i also see they offered a 200% match yesterday without max cashout!

ill wait for next weekend to see if they completely fixed their bonus programm

I got the 200 percent with the normal bonus rules. I played it was great. I am not sure if this thread should say "Resolved" or not because he did not correct the other bonuses I have in my account. I know he is trying but I would like to him change the crazy rules on the bonuses I already have and to see that he will continue normal bonus rules and not the outrageous ones he gave us.

Tropica has been very generous this week. I have gotten a few non deposits. The multiplier is still 100x and I hope when gets the entire bonus situation straightened out and I become a regular player at his casino, he changes the multiplier on the non deposits to a normal one.

agree! they send me one freeby each day 3 alltogether for halloween and i made the 100times wagering on the third one! i think if i wouldnt, i would have also get a 4th freeby. this promotion was really generous as it was send also to players which even havent made any deposits.

I think the Tropica Casino Manager really took the time to hear us and made a few changes we requested at his Casino. He has put many new bonuses in my account and it gives me the choice to play promos that I want to play instead of having only sticky ones in our account. Among some of our "Brutal" posts, he even sent me a few non deposits before I even deposited anything in my account.( No need to cut those out now lol) So I really appreciate the Tropica Casino Manager for resolving this and where would be if we didn't have Casinomeisters forum to get things resolved! Dont risk a win you can't cashin! Not with that sticky bonus. Go check out some other Rivals, Fortune Reel and Ruby Royal, I found some great matching bonuses in there today. Fortune Reel is VERY Generous with non deposits a few times a week with a multiplier never above
30x. Also, I had a 1000 dollar cashin at Fortune Reel, 3 days after my win at the other casino. I received my withdrawal from Fortune Reel in 2 days. Great Casino.

I got normal multipliers. Ok mail Fortune Reel and title the mail " Bernie" tell him about the multiplier.He really is a very nice man. A few weeks ago when I opened an account at that casino I got a high multiplier. I mailed him and He sent me new Matching bonuses with lower normal multipliers. Atleast the bonuses are not sticky. As far as the other casino, I have a different bonus then you. Not sure sure why you got the one you did.

So that means, if i make a deposit of 200.- i get a bonus of 100.- and could only cash out 300.- IF i could at least make the 30x WR *rofl*

Have you tried Simon Says Casino? They usually put a bunch of nice bonuses in there. If you don't see any bonuses you like just e-mail the Casino and they will get back to you.If not just P.M. the Rep in here. The Simon Says Rep Kendra, is amazing. Very kind and will take care of any situation immediately. But mail the Casino first. They usually reply and put bonuses in your account.

I think that the bonuses were only deleted, when you make not very soon your first deposit and that's probably the reason, why i have in some casinos only "coming soon) or only a 15% bonus with a 30x WR or anything else *lol*

Not too sure whats going on. I have also been bonus banned in the past straight after a cashout.
HOWEVER having made 4 cashouts in a row, from different casino`s - the last one at Tropica for a large amount I still have bonuses with good terms at my remaining rival accounts including Tropica - they even gave me a freebie today. Another Rival account which had been locked was opened again this week and they offered me a very attractive bonus.
Perhaps the people at Rival are beginning to realise that a lot of people are getting fed up with the security issues
