I had extreme technical issues with this casino on two deposits.<br />
I have sent them screenshots and complained in chat about it.<br />
Support said they will investigate it and never heard anything from them again!<br />

And now when i log into my casino account because i´m still interested<br />
if they solve these technical issues, absolutely no game starts if i click<br />
on any slot no matter if microgame or other slots.<br />
It´s complete impossible to load any slot!<br />

For me it was a very disappointing experience<br />
because every slot stopped after few games and it was not possible<br />
to reload and sometimes a wrong balance was shown which is strange<br />
and never had these kind of issues in any other casino!<br />
<br />
With my first deposit it was only a netent slot problem, but with my second<br />
deposit all slots and i had to change computer and browser but still after few<br />
rounds same problem happened.<br />
It was very terrible to play there and impossible to enjoy any game!<br />

Am i the only one with this problem?<br />

The chat support was friendly, but if they ask me to send<br />
screenshots and tell me they will investigate it and then i hear<br />
never anything from them again, it´s disappointing too,<br />
because chat has seen how terrible it was for me to play there!<br />
<br />
And like i said now absolutely no game starts when i click on it,<br />
it makes no sense to deposit there again for me because playing<br />
is not possible if the website doesn´t load any slot!<br />
I log in every 2-4 weeks to look at it, but nothing has changed!<br />
So i play in other casinos, seems they are not interested to solve<br />
these technical issues.<br />

Before i deposit there i would test if the slots loading without<br />
any problem, i´m very sure i´m not the only one with this problem!

I am very sorry to hear that you had such negative experience. We did have some technical problems not so long ago but that is all sorted out. That is why we waited with the Baptism of Fire as well. <br />
<br />
After we implemented our 8th software provider we had some bugs that gave us and our players some headaches, it was not pleasant for anyone. Come and check it out today, it works like a charm. <br />
