Trada. Good to use a trustworthy casino

After a disappointing attempt to deposit at a new casino to me I gave up and went to trada.
In my annoyance I foolishly forgot to enter my bonus code upon deposit...
Seconds later Ian from live chat appears, explain what I'd done and as if by some superb alchemy all was rectified in a friendly and polite manner, nice chat and good conversation.
Why I strayed to a non accredited place I don't know, never again.
Thanks trada and your staff made a annoying experience a decent one. One casino whom deserves there score totally.

I hear nothing but good things about Trada but I only ever see 100% to $25 and I gen dep minimum $100 is only reason I havent
Wasn't a match offer mate just a silly few free spins, just the way they deal with the issue and the manner in which it's done is superb.

Could or possibly will be my new go to casino. I'm not obsessed with btg slots and the megaways bore fests, am happy with old school netent and mg, going forward I think trada will be seeing my cash. Great bunch of people
 
Really? I had quite the opposite experience the other day about their customer service. I wanted to talk to them as I hadn't received my mystery bonus from having deposited the previous day and played 100 spins at Pragmatic Play games .. The CS was clearly present, as my messages were "Read", but the rep was completely silent for what seemed an eternity. After perhaps 15 minutes or so, I was simply transferred to another agent without a word. The new agent was very helpful and I did receive my bonus, but quite unhappy with the way the previous rep handled it .. In fact i can't think of any reason the rep didn't even respond to my "Hi" with some sort of greeting.

Sounds like you had the misfortune of landing a rep who walked afk without logging out.. probably not rude, just not there.. definitely not the best CS experience of course, but less offensive than being ignored..

I also didnt received that reward from Pragmatic Calendar promo they had some error that day, so I went to live chat with Elf(pic) guy and he was very kind and solved my issue asap, but as Harry sad you can always PM rep here if you have issue.

How can the message be read if they're AFK? When you send a message it'll say "delivered", but when they click on the chat it'll turn to "read", just like in FB. If he was afk it wouldn't have turned into "read".

Ah diddums. You sound like a snowflake who will be offended by someone who’d squeak a silent fart in a library.
 
If the window opens directly on screen, it would record it as read regardless of if a person was physically present or not, much the same as if my chat screen is already open to the convo it will record as read even if I walked away from my phone..

Okay so if you wanted to talk to a customer service and they just ignored you with 15 minutes you'd be completely okay with it because after all, not being okay with it makes you a snowflake?

You're a lot more patient than I am. I just wonder how you can sit there waiting for 15 minutes. I would never do that.
2 minutes if I'm patient and if I on't get contact then I close and open again to see if something happened or I would get someone else.
Then I leave and send a pm instead.

You shouldn't get upset and think that someone have anything personal against you. They don't! :)
 
Something as simple as enabling the "slam stop" on DoA and a few more BTG games would see a lot more of my deposits heading their way.

Top casino that's for sure, I'm just too hard to please :oops:
I agree totally mate. The slam stop is a must after 50 boring slow spins when your aching for a bonus lol, as for btg for me personally that’s not a big issue lately as I’ve gone all retro haha

Dunno about the rest of the comments, but I was merely offering a probable cause or what will be given as a reason. If the “attack” comments are in regards to my replies then I’d have to venture another guess that replying that way to a general comment is probable cause for being labeled a “snowflake”

I wasn't referring to you @TheAverageGuy, sorry for the mixup.

I just don't get why if in a thread about how great Trada is I offer something from the opposite spectrum .. a negative experience that I've had and I'm instantly shot down. I'm more confused than anything else at my experience. Even if this rep was AFK, when he came back why did he transfer me - without a word? Why not apologize of the delay and carry on with the chat? How am I being a "snowflake" for expecting to not get ignored when I'm receiving customer service?

Tbh this thread has made me more annoyed than the the customer "service" itself has. Clearly should not post negative feedback.
 
I wouldn't sweat it much, everyone has an opinion, everyone is going to respond, reply, put their two cents in.

There is nothing wrong at all with voicing your displeasure or dissatisfaction with a site or service, in fact as I understand it, it's encouraged so long as it's done in a civil manner.
Heck, just read the videoslots threads, people rip them a new one at least a dozen times a day warranted or not ;-)

One just has to expect that while you're absolutely free to voice your opinions, feelings and experiences..others are free to do the same, to voice counter opinions and play white knight to their damsel casino in distress.

We all play black knight from time to time, buff up your armor and allow the detractors to get lost in their own eyes in the shiny reflection ;-)

@dionysus , thanks for the feedback on the promotions. We do offer some 100% matches from time to time, directly to our player via email - make sure to keep an eye out for them! ;)

@chiya , as @TheAverageGuy said, it is likely the agent went AFK for a wee bit without realizing he was still logged in.
Our system is set up to automatically transfer a chat if an agent hasn't responded in a few minutes.

I'll try to find this chat and the agent, and see what the problem was at the time. If the agent hadn't gone AFK, it is also likely that they may have lost their internet connection.
