Expired Promo TradaCasino Withdrawal Bonus!

There are promos that are no more.
Well, tried it again and still no luck like the last time.

I follow the procedure after selecting Trustly and going through what it tells me to do, i do this through my banks app. Gets to the
end and i just get an error page telling me the relevant department has been notified.

I tried it both options it gives (using your sort code and acc num, and also your card number) and both ways i followed the correct
pinsentry instructions, each time i get the error message.

This is probably why I gave up last time i tried using Trustly to deposit. :(

Hey @spoo42 :)

I've contacted our payment gateway and Trustly AM to see what the story is regarding this.
You wouldn't by any chance have any screenshots of these errors, would you?

So I’m guessing that this offer is considered as a promotion? :(
(For the Harletts and scallywags who have had promo rights revoked)

@Supababe , unfortunately, that would be the case, yes.

Conor

Hey, sorry I did (well thought) I'd taken a pic of it, but seems I didn't. But after filling in the required pinsentry code and then waiting for it to complete, the window just updates and simply says 'there was an error , the correct department has been notified' (or words roughly to that effect). There was nothing else showing in the window just that text, and I had to close it down before going to deposit again and go thru the process again.

Well, I'm already winning. i deposited £10.00, which is what it shows on my bank statement & on my Trada deposit history, and i got a 1% cash bonus on that deposit. Chat said they've no idea where the 10p came from either, but wished me luck on my one extra spin.
Booyakasha.

Well.was about to give this a try but looks like I've been put in prison (account suspended)I plee NOT GUILTY to the reason why I'm yet to be told
I’ve been getting bonus spin offers almost daily for the last month; sometimes twice in a day. A couple of weeks ago after taking up a bonus offer I had an email an hour later from support asking me if I was happy with my gambling levels, which I didn’t take much notice of as I had previously withdrawn over £300 from a £40 deposit a few days prior and would not consider my self a habitual depositor at Trada, as I find the site can be buggy at times and Bonanza is unplayable on the iPad or iPhone at the mo.
Fast forward to bank holiday Monday and I received an offer for 50 spins on Immortal Romance which I deposited for and an hour into my session I had an error message on another game: I went to log back in and had the message telling me my account was suspended.
I then received an email saying because I had not replied to the mail about being happy gambling my account was suspended until I did reply.
I sent a mail back saying I was more than happy and the account was reopened a couple of hours later.
What irks me is that on one hand I’m being bombarded with offers and when I do take some up I’m being questioned as to whether I am happy to do so.
I’m sure it’s to do with “responsible gambling” but if so would it be more responsible not to send out all the free spin offers on a daily basis.

It seems many of us are in promo jail.
I used the daily deposit codes for around 11 out of 16 deposits when I was locked up.

This niggles at me slightly because I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t think like this:

“I’ve got £20 spare to play with. I’ll play at Trada. I wonder what the daily promotion calendar has on today? Actually I’ll just deposit without a bonus.”

That second image is the same error I had with Barclays, apparently trustly thought I hadn't selected my bank in the process and suggested to clear cache and cookies. (I can't say whether that worked or not as I haven't got round to trying it again yet  ) but I will do eventually. :)

When i use to try depositing vis Trustly from my halifax account it always said no account with sufficient funds when there was so transferred over to my Lloyd's account and tried again and worked with Lloyd's but Halifax always gave me the same error even though was same banking group. Strange.

I got the same error as Spoo when I first tired a few months ago (Barclays) so never gave trusty another try.

This is my bank too,Natwest actually but Bank of Scotland is basically the same bank and I can never deposit with it.

Natwest is not linked to BOS, it’s owned by RBOS.

BOS is part of Lloyds, along with Halifax.

Hey, @Conor@Trada - any chance of Bonanza et al getting fixed on iOS? For some reason you’re loading the BTG games in a frame with a big black border, reducing the game size. And often this is confusing the game, which will eventually crash.

Why can’t it just be loaded in a normal page, like almost every other game?

So I was going to wait for my end of month review before bringing this to the community and dont want to hijack a competition thread but seeing as its been raised here goes.....

I am obviously in the same position.

Have been playing slots for about 2 years and in that time have had a few issues with some casinos (mostly not CM accredited) who used this excuse to delay, cancel withdrawals and account/s and block bonuses. All of these seem to have done it when I have been on a winning streak or have been taking a few quid here and there.

Then I found Casinomeister and my world of slots became much clearer and, by using the accredited casinos, much fairer.

To be honest I thought I was passed this kind of practice now and did not expect this from Trada who are so well loved and respected by the community.

In short, Trada sent bonus offers or offered them everyday, upon login.

I took said bonus offers because they were offered.

You ban me from bonus offers because I took them.

You also blocked my account and CS told me my account was closed following a management decision - I opened a convo on here and it seems my account was accidentally blocked and I am just excluded from bonuses. Had I not been a member of CM would my account have been permanently closed?

Heres an idea - dont offer bonuses to individuals if you dont want people to take them. People do not get an offer and think 'I wont take that because I have had too many'. It would be prudent and much better customer service to expect every offer you promote to be taken.

Would it not be fair also to highlight some kind of limit or tell people before the fact or at least send an email from CS saying slow down on the bonuses and more straight deposits please? I feel like I had no way of knowing this was going to happen. Had I known, I would have played a bit more like you want me to play.

This kind of vague ruling defies logic but for one reason I can think of and please correct me if I am wrong- it can be used at any time to get rid of a player who has taken the offers you have promoted. It feels sneaky to be frank. Somebody in your company has looked at my account and taken the decision to do this and I would like to know on what specific basis or criteria so I can avoid upsetting another casino by doing something I didnt know was wrong?

I totally agree that a ‘heads up warning’ would be appreciated.
Why on earth would I willingly get myself excluded from the wonderful comps and offers here on Cm?
