We do have a maximum cashout of $200 on freebies, but we do sometimes make exceptions. I haven't spoken to banking about your case specifically but with loyal, active players we can increase the max cashout a little.

I have been a depositor for some time so I presumed I was entitled to the 35x play through. CS told me otherwise. I am sure I reached x35 play through in credit before bustinng out.
