Regarding your query, our term for maximum withdrawal of USD200 for a no deposit bonus has been in place for quite a while. I believe it stems back from the days on the Viaden platform when the primary currency was US dollars. Also, all of our back offices and financials are still calculated in USD so I assume this was quoted as USD for that reason.

I accept your point that at this stage it's probably more helpful to quote this is more currencies. However, it is made clear in the terms that the maximum cashout is a USD figure:

b. The maximum withdrawal from complimentary free spins or no-deposit bonuses is $200 USD for players who have a depositing history at TradaCasino. The remaining balance will be forfeited when a withdrawal is requested.

We are not trying to pull the wool over anyone's eyes here. The maximum cash-out from no deposit bonuses has been a topic covered a number of times here at Casinomeister and we have never tried to hide this fact.

I understand the frustration of losing a portion of winnings as a result of the term, but that does not make TradaCasino a corrupt business. We try our best for our players, we are transparent and honest and are always available to discuss everything and anything here at CM.

@Jon receiving GBP instead of USD would have been a case of human error.

Also, for reference, no maximum cash-out is implemented when players claim spins with a deposit.

Hey trada rep. Would this 200usd max withdrawal for no deposit free spins apply to deposit based free spins max withdrawal caps?
For example i deposit £10 and get free spins that come with a max withdraw of 200, which ive been offered before, would that be paid in us dollars as well? Or would i be able to withdraw 200 of the queens finest sheets?.

Damn thats rough. I'd be steaming had i last month took a 10 deposit for a decent amount of free spins with a 200 (or 20x my deposit max withdrawal limit) , only to get lucky, beat huge wagering and withdraw the max available but ultimately end up credited 15.4x my deposit amount. Im the kind of guy who will spend a few extra quid if out for the night, when expecting a ceartin amount to hit my bank the following day or two (when nothing is in doubt and i have beenn notifed its processed etc) and that would put me into a right sulk

Sorry i deleted that post as you replied while i wrote it to colin, and your reply kind of answered my question.

But that was definately at trada. I got an email, deposit 10 or 20. I belive ten, it was a decent amount of spins, worth more than the value of the deposit. But the chat rep did say it had a max withdraw of 200, after i gave her the bonus details. But it was a generous amount of spins for the deposit.

If you made a deposit for spins there should have been no maximum cashout. This may have been a mistake or a misunderstanding - can you PM me your email address? If you were underpaid I'll fix it. We have two new training staff members so its possible one of them may have got confused

Didn't know about the conversion though, that's a bit that's definitely up for revision, if you ask me!
Just to be fair, if you get a loyalty chip at any point, which is also a freebie, you'll find these don't have a max cash-out
And very low WR!

I didnt get underpaid because I never actually took the emailed offer. Kind of you to offer your time and look into it if i had of done, thanks.

It was something like 50 or 100 free spins for a ten deposit, the spins valued at an amount equal to at least double the deposit value. Im quite confident it even also said within the email terms that the max withdrawal from free spins winnings was 200, which i asked the chat rep to confirm and she said yes 200.
